In the heart of Paris, in a Parisian apartment in the heart of the bustling Strasbourg Saint-Denis district, this course is an invitation to an authentic local gastronomic immersion in Paris. Initiated by Flore, a passionate young chef, you will discover the history and techniques of this iconic French pastry shop by shaping your own personalized macarons.

5.00Great experience with Flora, she is super pedagogue and gives lots of super useful tips! The apartment is cozy and well located in a central area of Paris, and you can choose the flavors of its macarons (chocolate, pistachio, red fruits...). Bonus: Flore also shares the history of macarons! I recommend 100%!

5.00I highly recommend this course given by Flore! It’s not just a course, it’s an experience in its own right. Everything takes place in a small Parisian apartment, which immediately plunges into a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Then Flora's magic happens. She puts you at ease right away and shares all her tips as a chef and passionate about cooking. Jovial and attentive, she ensures that you leave with new acquaintances but above all, delicious macarons! And we weren't disappointed they're exquisite!

5.00Great this macaroon course, it was an absolutely awesome experience! Everything was explained very well, even for someone who is new and rarely cooks. Lots of possible tastes (choice for pistachio and vanilla), I devoured them on the way home. Can't wait to make more.

5.00Great discovery!! Novice in cooking, and even more in baking, I was a little apprehensive about the sacrosanct macaroon. Finally, excellent surprise, my sister and I managed to make some, thanks to Flore's indispensable tips, tricks and tricks! Thank you Flore for this discovery!
