The tour includes convenient pick-up and drop-off from your Macau hotel or ferry terminal. For added flexibility, optional Hong Kong pick-up or return transfer is also available, providing a seamless cross-border experience via the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge.

Macau law strictly prohibits overloading. Children and infants (including those carried) are counted as one passenger.
All surcharges must be paid directly to the driver in cash (HKD) or by credit card, which is subject to a 5% service fee.
Please indicate the number, size, and type of luggage or suitcases (if any) at the time of booking.
Extra time beyond the tour duration will be charged at HKD 400 per hour for the driver and HKD 250 per hour for the tour guide.
During Macau public holidays, an additional surcharge of HKD 300–500 will apply per driver and per guide. Surcharges during the Chinese New Year period will be quoted separately.
Applicable Macau Public Holidays Include: January 1, Chinese New Year period*, Labour Day*, National Day*, Mid-Autumn Festival*, Chung Yeung Festival, December 20, 24–26*, and 31.
*Golden Week periods related to the above holidays may also be subject to additional surcharges.
Please kindly provide a contact number with WhatsApp access for easier coordination. One day before the tour, we will create a WhatsApp group including you and the assigned driver, and share the vehicle and driver details to ensure smooth arrangement.
In case of bad weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), bookings within 24 hours can be refunded or rescheduled free of charge. If you still choose to proceed on the same day, service availability will depend on road and safety conditions, and an additional fee may apply if service is provided.
Please note that smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle for all passengers.

3.00Steven our driver, is nice and thoughtful. However, I have an impression that we will have a driver and a tour guide since this is a private tour. We booked soo many private tours with Viator and they have a driver and a tour guide. Steven is a good driver but not a tour guide. He doesn’t know a whole lot about the city and can’t give us a whole lot of information about the city.

5.00We had a great day with Steven. He was very accommodating and took us all over the place so we had a thorough tour of Macau. We did learn driver guide and tour guide are different so Steven had to wait with the car rather than enter sites with us. My fault for not clarifying that beforehand. I also managed to stuff up which ferry terminal we were arriving at - but Steven was able to find us after a phone call and photo of our location and was very gracious about my mistake. Would do this tour again and would recommend it to anyone.

5.00Tour was fabulous, steven took us everywhere we wanted to go and also made some excellent recommendations. He managed to drop us and pick us up close to all attractions. The car was super comfortable and immaculately clean. Highlight was definitely the giant pandas!

5.00I have booked transport with my HK tour for my family. The response was prompt and the details of the driver would be sent early so we felt assured. The driver/guide who accompanied us on the day of Macau trip was great. He was friendly and patient with my little ones. He even brought us to a local eatery where the food was nice and not overpriced. Highly recommended them!
