5.00They were very responsive via the Viator chat when I confirmed my flight info and asked some questions. Driver was communicative and picked me up on time. Van was really comfortable and spacious. This is my second time using the service and will definitely use them again.

5.00Well worth booking after 16 hours of travel. Our driver Bernie was lovely and gave us lots of good tips for the local area. So glad we decided to book this as it was such a relief hopping into an air conditioned car after arriving!

3.00The pickup from the hotel was timely, and the journey to the airport was comfortable. However, I’d recommend allowing extra time for traffic in Cebu as it can be unpredictable. Upon arrival at the airport, there was no transport provided to the plane, so passengers had to walk with their luggage. This wasn’t an issue for me as I only had a backpack, but it might be challenging for those with heavier luggage or mobility concerns.

5.00Great, fast, and safe service. Driver was on time! Definitely will book again for my Philippines travels. Our flight landed after 11pm and my family was extremely tired and the driver made it comfortable and easy.

5.00He was there waiting on us out side the airport with my name & we even stopped along our rout to pick up a birthday cake. Witch was really nice to have just my wife and oldest boy go in while the rest of us waited in the van 3 young kids. Then we continued to our Airbnb that we booked. For our family Event and returning after be gone almost 7 years
