  Had a great day on the water snorkeling some great locations, the only negatives would be the boat engine needed a muffler on it and that the mask is not great, as well as they did not offer any fins to go with the snorkling

  They said all fees were included but we got on the boat and had to pay all kinds of fees. Fee to drive into port, environmental fee, admission to island fees even just to snorkel. Someone texted at the beginning of the day and that was really helpful and they were very responsive. They did reimburse us for the majority of what we paid in fees n taxes that were supposed to be to already be paid. Just a lot of confusion about the money and we struggled to know if people were being upfront with us. The snorkeling was fun and the guy in charge on boat was accommodating. The food looked amazing but because it was not kept in a cooler we chose not to eat any meat because it had been sitting out all morning.

  The boat crew are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to make sure the guests are happy and enjoying themselves. One even gave his sandals to a passenger to use because she did not have any water footwear and the ground was filled with rocks.

  Really beautiful islands, good food, friendly guides. No deep water snorkeling only shallow, very flat waters and stunning fish! Boat is very loud but would reccomend!

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Bad experience

  The guide was not very helpful just on his phone and talking to what appeared to be family on board. Our seafood lunch was left out in the sunshine for about three hours on the boat before lunch so we didn’t eat it for fear of food poisoning It was very difficult to get on and off the boat at the two islands we stopped at the first island there was no option to get off at all We did a couple of trips in KL last year and they were excellent. This trip was expensive and a waste of money and a days holiday

  Super day I recommend this day snorkeling visit of the islands and activities in the afternoon 3 in 1 jet ski parasailing and banana boat!!! Our driver and guide Abam was amazing a very big thank you to him for this day that made it amazing!! Perfect service with him ... everything was perfect I recommend and book with Cebu tours in the future thank you

  Absolutely amazing experience from pick up to drop off. Big day with 2am pick up but was well worth it. We swam with the whale sharks, turtles and sardines. • Food poisoning bonanza awaits

  Food left out for 4 hours in hot weather. We did not eat it in fear of food poisoning. Contacted supplier who stated no other tours had reported an outbreak but I’m sure they will come tomorrow

  We really enjoyed our day, we had a boat all to ourselves and it was a very chilled experience. The snorkelling was good and the islands were pretty. The lunch was simple but tasty. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was value for money for us as a couple but not sure it would be worth it for a whole family.

  This was hands down the worst tour experience I have ever had, and I strongly believe it should be removed from Viator immediately. To start, we were picked up 1.5 hours late with zero communication. No message, no update, nothing. We spent a fortune making phone calls just trying to find out if anyone was coming. When we finally reached the port, it was the same story — no one knew what was happening, no instructions, no organisation, and no atmosphere whatsoever. Lunch was an absolute health risk. The food was placed out on the table long before we were told to eat, sitting in the hot sun for hours. We didn’t eat until 1:30pm, after it had been sitting out the entire time. Completely unacceptable and honestly unsafe. The tour advertised three islands included, but when we got to the third, we were told we had to pay extra to go there. That is false advertising and a blatant rip-off. The boat itself felt unsafe. The motor did not work properly, and it took us 1.5 hours just to get back. We were literally the only boat out on the ocean, which made the whole situation even more frightening. Passengers were genuinely scared, and I honestly felt like something could go seriously wrong. On top of all this, staff spoke virtually no English, so we couldn’t even communicate concerns or ask basic questions. There was no professionalism, no organisation, and absolutely no regard for safety or customer experience. Do NOT book this tour. Ever. It was overpriced, poorly run, unsafe, and completely misrepresented. This operator should be investigated and removed from the platform.
