  We arrived to Amman, Jordan and we were met with Visa in hand and bags with a driver. We had booked with another company for an Egypt and Jordan tour, so Jordan Horizons was contracted by the other Egyptian tour. We were taken through Amman sites Jerash and the Citadel without a guide. Stayed at Amman Hilton. We were confused as we had a guide all through Egypt. Our driver Hisham explained to us he was just a driver, but he would make it right for us. Also contacted the other agency and only some sites had a tour guide Petra and Wadi Rum. Hisham helped with finding a guide on sites. Guides made all the difference in the world. We added the site of Jesus Baptism at Bethany to the tour. Day #2 was Mabada with St George Church and Hisham asked a person at the the church to give us tour. Really important church in Christian history. Then to Mt Nebo and another tour guide Mohammed agreed to be our guide, and he also was guide at Bethany. Made all the difference in our experience in Jordan. We went to a Mosiac Art Center set up by Queen Nora as a place for handicap people could learn a trade and receive payment. Met one of the artists and he explained one of his pieces to us in detail. Great charity. Also swam in the Dead Sea. Stayed at Petra Moon. Day 3 was Petra and again Mohammed agreed to give us a more than 5 hr tour of Petra. Started at 7AM. Then we left for Wadi Rum and spent night in a Dome room at Sun City. Had a wonderful dinner. Split our 4 hr tour into 2 days with the guide. Back to Amman on Day 4. Fast and furious 4 day trip. Hotels were top notch. Hisham was so helpful as our driver. He really wanted our Jordan stay to be exceptional. October weather was nice, people were kind and love there country, and found Jordan very safe. If coming to Jordan bring a hat or wear a Jordanian scarf. Maybe bring a travel umbrella to keep sun off. Drink lots of water. Most sites have a lot of walking and many on uneven surfaces, and at times you need to climb or take stairs. Most of all ask for Hisham to be your driver, and ask to also have tour guide to get the best experience of Jordan.

  My partner & I visited for 4 days, and thoroughly enjoyed it all. We were so looked after and so well guided all the time. Ahmed, our driver, was calm, pleasant, punctual and easy-going, and was always happy to answer our questions. We never felt under pressure for time and he made sure we were relaxed at all times. We saw everything we wanted to see and we are so glad we went with a tour group so we could relax and enjoy ourselves without having to do any planning. It has to be noted that our tour guide in Petra, Sammy, was honestly the best tour guide we have ever had. Impeccable English, witty and extremely knowledgable, not to mention took amazing pictures of us! He has all the iPhone tricks! Jordan is super safe and I felt really comfortable at all times.   We had a great tour to Jordan organised by Jordan Horizon Tours. From the beginning they were very professional and informative. Aida shared a detailed itinerary beforehand and tailored the trip to ensure we saw as much as possible in the 4 days we had in Jordan. We had an exceptional driver Ahmed, who transferred us to each location around Jordan, and shared many great insights into the country, the people and the food! Due to the current (Nov. 2024) conflict in nearby countries we were initially a little apprehensive to visit, but we are so glad we did decide to visit now as Jordan is safe and unaffected. I would recommend anyone to visit Jordan now and use Jordan Horizon Tours to plan your trip.

  I arranged with Aida of JHT for our tours in Amman in September 24. I must commend her efficiency and patience despite my constant back and forth of questions. She deserves a 10 for her effort. We enjoyed most of our visits; Jerash was an amazing ancient town, and our guide was excellent giving all its historical glory past. Mt Nebo & the Bethany were two biblical sites very much worth visiting, even though if you aren't religious. Petra was such a breathtaking site - we were in awe when we arrived. Unfortunately the tour guide (not a JHT employee) was a man of few words and didn’t have the patience to wait for us to take photos & left us behind for us to catch up with him. We loved the stay in the Martian tent but slightly disappointed by not being served meals in a Bedouin camp to experience the local custom. We were also quite annoyed by the loud music blasting by a camp site DJ until 1am or 2am, only a few metres away from our tents - it completely ruined the serenity of the desert. Perhaps JHT could recommend a quieter camp site for future travellers according to their tastes. We had a lot of fun with the Wadi Rum jeep tour, we didn't ask for a tour guide but it was manageable. Hasan our driver was usually punctual but was late picking us up from the camp to the Dead Sea, but pick up from the hotel to the airport went very smoothly. I’d definitely recommend JHT if you're visiting Amman, I think their pricing is very reasonable but I also think improvement could still be made by paying attention to a few small details as commented above.

  One of the best travel agencies I have used for my travels , Jordan Horizons Tours is exceptional . I have booked our tour 2 months ago and based on the excellent reviews they have , I decided to book my 8 days Jordan tour to visit Amman ,Dead Sea , Madaba , Jerash, Petra and Wadi Rum . Our driver was knowledgeable and very patients with us all the time . Every thing was more than excellent I would recommend Jordan Horizons Tours

  It was a very nice experience. Comfortable hotels and very good food. The attention of the guide Yazan Alnobani is very professional. I provide relevant information about Jordan, its culture and customs. We leave this country with a pleasant experience. We lived the Dead Sea, the night in the desert and Petra to the fullest.   I can’t say enough good things about Jordan Horizon Tours. Andrea who organized everything and planned a special tour just for myself, my husband our son and girlfriend was always so patient with my umpteen emails and WhatsApp messages. From the time we were met at the airport, taken to our hotel and then Petra Wadi Rum and Dead Sea, we were in excellent hands. On time and efficient service with a special touch of caring from the wonderful Andrea. Xx
