5.00Our Tuk Tuk tour guide was friendly and accommodating. We had to change our pick-up time and location (1 week before our trip as the tour we scheduled for the Royal Palace had a special event and closed for 2 days, canceling our tickets) I reached out to the guide via email requesting the pickup changes and he kindly agreed. Communication was easy and efficient. Henry was knowledgeable about Madrid and took to areas local areas as well as the tourist/common places if interest. We were looking for local handmade ceramics/pottery to purchase and bring home to the US, and he gladly took us to the location I had identified and waited for us while we shopped and made our purchases! I highly recommend this Tuk Tuk service thru Viator!

His recommendations were also excellent and really added to the experience. It’s a fantastic way to see a lot of Madrid in a short amount of time. 5.00We had an exceptional time with our guide in Madrid in August! Very nice, pleasant and passionate, he made us discover the city authentically and full of anecdotes. All for a much lower price than other visits, which was a real bonus. My sister, mother and I enjoyed this experience and recommend it without hesitation! Thank you again for your kindness, we will return to Madrid.

Did a private 2 hour tuk tuk tour with Henry and we saw it ALL! You can get out whenever you want!
