This four-hour experience includes sailing along the breathtaking Magnetic Island coastline with a couple of hours at anchor in one of the secluded bays to relax, explore the beach, swim and enjoy a gourmet locally-sourced lunch.

Magnetic Island
Sail along the beautiful Magnetic Island coastline searching for the perfect spot to anchor for a few hours. The hosts onboard will check-in and find out if you have any preferences on the bay to visit and provide recommendations based on the wind and weather conditions on the day.
Radical Bay
One of our favourite spots to anchor is Radical Bay, a protected bay which is accessible solely by boat or hiking. It is surrounded by breathtaking granite boulders and striking rock formations, this secluded gem offers a beautiful beach and crystal clear waters. Once anchored, guests can dive into the water for a swim, wander along the shore, or chill out on the giant inflatable mat alongside the boat, perhaps with a glass of wine. After some fun and relaxation, a delicious lunch sourced from local produce is served, featuring prawns and an antipasto platter. You will also be served Australian Organic Wines, local beers or soft drinks while enjoying your onboard lunch. *In the event of northerly winds, we may alternatively anchor at Arthur Bay or Florence Bay.

5.00Amazing!!!! Absolutely awesome afternoon! Great boat, crew were amazing, very very attentive and kept everything running really smooth, unlimited beers and drinks etc(the XPA maggie island beer is now my new favourite) and wines were great, the lunch food platter was absolutely 1st class, cheeses and meat and wayyyy too many prawns!! Lol, the home made chutney was the best ever... big massive thanks to everyone on board... highly recommended trip. Great sailing experience and an an absolute awesome crew!! Well done guys!! Mercer & Gypsy x

5.00Wow,Wow, Wow,Absolutely fantastic afternoon. Well and truly exceeded expectations. Clay, Annabelle and Jasper were nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail and the way they looked after us was excellent. The lunch was very good and more than enough for everyone. We all had a wonderful day that we will not forget. It fitted in with our cruise ship stop which was great. Thanks

5.00Fantastic Day, Clare and the team were so easy to deal with. kept me up to date and communicated weekly prior to our trip. The crew knew what they were doing, plenty of knowledge and experience on the boat, we all felt safe and in good hands. The food and drinks were all locally sourced and of great quality. brilliant alternative for Xmas work function

5.00Good experience with an excellent crew that is responsive to each other and set up as a good host and hostess. Very serviceable and respectful which resulted in a nice and casual Mood on board. Birds and fish were occasionally fed which resulted in a beautiful spectacle. An experience we will not forget in a beautiful setting.

5.00We all enjoyed our day on “Pilgrim” immensely. Our skipper and his crew were excellent and made sure all on board had a most enjoyable time. This included swimming from the boat while at anchor for lunch. Lunch in Radical Bay was beautifully presented and of the highest quality. Sailing back to Nelly Bay showed us what a beautiful boat “Pilgrim” is. We highly recommend an outing on this boat to anyone visiting Magnetic Island.

5.00Absolutely perfect experience. Weather was ideal, crew (Clayton and Siobhan) were first class, food was innovative and delicious and the boat was very comfortable for 2 (not so) young ladies with dodgy legs. Couldn’t recommend this cruise highly enough. First class from start to finish. Well done Pilgrim.

5.00We all had a great day out! Clayton and Jasper we exceptional hosts. The lunch with local produce was beautiful, especially the macadamia cheese! Swimming off the boat and seeing the turtles were the highlights of the day, along with hand feeding the local Kite! Would highly recommend this tour :) p.s Clayton had some interesting info about the yacht and its parts.
