Your day pass includes return coach connections and vessel transfers.

Malamala Island is situated on a little slice of heaven, just a short 25-minute vessel transfer from Port Denarau. Picture powder white sand and crystal clear water like a scene pulled straight from a postcard. Small enough to stroll barefoot around the island in 20 minutes, large enough to feel like your deserted paradise. Malamala Beach Club is fully equipped with everything you need to switch off, unwind and chill out.

Eat & Drink

Sunlight and breezy, our dining areas cater to anything from poolside snacking to relaxed seated dining. Inspired by our chefs’ rich experience throughout the South Pacific, each dish is balanced, nourishing, and full of fresh Pacific flavours. Expect small bites through to substantial sharing platters, with a few treats to satisfy your sweet tooth. The food menu is complemented by a selection of imported wines, beers, and handcrafted tropical cocktails.

Please bring swimsuit, towel, protective clothing from the sun including a hat and sunblock, light jacket or sweater during the cooler months, money or credit card for optional purchases, your camera and sense of fun!

You must contact South Sea Cruises at least 24 hours before your activity date to confirm your reservation and arrange your coach transfers.

Hotel pickups from Nadi/Wailoaloa start from 8.40am, Denarau -9.15am and Coral Coast 7.25am

Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time. Hotels and times are shown on our coach timetable on our website

Passengers staying in Nadi, Wailoaloa and Denarau area depart Port Denarau at 09.30am and can depart Malamala Beach Club at 4:15 or 5.15

Passengers staying in the Coral Coast area depart Denarau at 10.00am and depart Malamala Beach Club at 4.15 to connect with the free coach transfers.

If you do not require pick up, please find your own way to the meeting point - South Sea Cruises Check-in Counter at the Passenger Terminal, Denarau Marina

In the event of adverse weather and sea conditions, we retain the right to cancel all water-based activities, including snorkeling, paddleboarding and kayaking.

Malamala beach club was wonderful. But booking with Viator is not recommended. Very rude staff. They mentioned to pick up and drop off while booking but left us on road and instead of helping us Staff was very rude and said it was complimentary service they don't had to do that.

A beautiful island with a few pools, sun chairs, cabanas, and plenty of food to choose from. It was kind of like being at your own hotel pool bar though. The snorkeling was pretty non existent and there's unfortunately not much to do there. It's a relaxing day at the beach with a bar to supply your food and beverages. If there was better snorkeling I would have rated it 4.5. Cruisin Fiji offers a much better day trip in my opinion.

My experience was really pleasant. All the staff were very friendly and professional. From the time you get there you feel well looked after. The food and the cocktails were really good. I definitely recommend to go for a day trip

I booked this experience because of the rave reviews, but fully expected it to be overwhelming touristy. I was pleasantly surprised that it did not feel at all like an amusement park. There was plenty of room to find solitude. Well worth the price. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling. We even saw some rays! Although we booked a private cabana, I didn’t feel this was necessary. There are plenty of longe chairs around the island that have coverage. Finally, we were worried about the weather since there was rain forecasted in Denarau. Although rain eventually rolled in at 17:00, Malamala Island was clear (even though we could see rain in the distance).

We spent a day here in March of ‘26. Though arranged as an excursion off the Celebrity Edge cruise ship the booking process seems simple enough. This place is beautiful. The staff friendly and accommodating. Drink service was prompt and the drinks well made. They don’t skimp on the alcohol as I’ve seen in some other resorts. To be in an infinity pool with the beautiful Pacific all around you holding a tropical cocktail … Well it’s pretty much as wonderful as it sounds.

Awesome!! The island facilities were great, the food delicious and the cocktails yum. Lying back enjoying the peace and taking a dip in the ocean often. Bliss!! We splashed out for a private cabana with great service and relative privacy.

A fantastic day spent at Malamala. We were firstly apprehensive after reading some reviews but are so pleased we went. Very friendly and accommodating staff, delicious food and drinks. A lovely beach to just chill and relax. Thank you Malamala Beach Club staff for a memorable day.

I hate South sea cruises company. They made me pay twice for the same tour snorkel with sharks. I asked for refund. They wanted to keep the money. Disgusting employees and greedy company culture.
