Fizah’s class is probably the best cooking class I’ve been to! Firstly, I’d commend how accommodating she is. I booked my class 3 hours prior, and she was kind enough to accommodate me despite short notice. Secondly, she’s a great teacher! I really learned a lot—not only how to cook, but also about Malaysian culture, customs, and values. Thirdly, her ingredients are fresh! We made the curry paste from scratch. Her recipes also has some personal twists, which makes cooking more exciting! Love the experience overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed Fizah’s class. It was very hands on with good explanation and instruction , making it possible to replicate the dishes at home. The food was delicious and the ambience was relaxed and comfortable. We would highly recommend this class.

What a nice experience, Fizah really makes you feel at home and is a great teacher ! We learned how to make a Laksa and Kuih Gula Melaka, it was super fun and easy, really felt like visiting and cooking with friends. Thanks a lot 🫶🏻

We had a very nice time cooking with Fizah in her home. The day before our scheduled session, she sent us a note with several options we could select from to cook. We chose Mee Goreng and Kuih Gula Melaka. Both turned out excellent, and although my wife and I are avid cooks, we learned an a few things about cooking Malaysian foods. Our session lasted two hours.
Excellent chance to learn to cook in lovely surroundings, with a first class chef.

My wife and I had a marvellous experience learning to cook Mee Goring and Sesame seed balls. The facilities were a clean and spacious apartment. Our lovely chef was Fizah who had all the ingredients laid out. We started from the very beginning by preparing each of the ingredients. The whole morning was a success, we were taken through each stage, no short cuts. We ended up with a beautiful meal. This was well worth it and a real pleasure.
Wonderful experience and amazing class, highly recommended!

My husband and I had an unforgettable experience when we took this cooking class in Malaysia last June. Fizah is an incredible host, so kind, knowledgeable, considerate, attentive and friendly. She made our experience really delightful and unique! We cooked Laksa soup and Kuih Ketayap, which were both fascinating to make and very delicious to eat afterwards. We also really enjoyed having the class in a local home, which provided a cosy and comfortable environment for the activity. We had an amazing time and we both found this class to be a highlight of our stay in Kuala Lumpur. We wholeheartedly recommend it, it was truly awesome!!

It was my very first time joining a cooking class while traveling, and it turned out to be such a fun experience. Thanks to the host’s flexibility with scheduling and the warm personality of the other participant, we were able to share our cooking, taste each other’s dishes, and enjoy a cheerful and adaptable lesson together. Although finding some of the ingredients back home might be a challenge, I was able to experience making two delicious noodle dishes using ingredients that are easily available in Malaysia. For a short one-night, two-day trip, it became a truly memorable experience. I would love to visit again someday. With heartfelt gratitude.

My dad and I did this cooking class when we were in KL. The communication from start to finish was great, we got clear instructions and because of that we knew what to expect. The house and kitchen was really nice and we felt very welcome. I would definitely recommend to book this!

I had never done a cooking class like this. Turns out visiting someone's apartment in KL was an awesome experience. The hosts were super friendly. Great bathroom for guests. The food was great too! Awesome to learn the faimly recipes.
