1.00Paid $85 pp. Received booking voucher that said to be at city jetty No 5 f at 7:15 am for boat transfer to island for 7.5 hr-10.5 hr tour. Arrived at jetty at 7:10, no jetty. Checked my emails. Thisara had sent me an email at 11:02 pm the night before telling me to be at the jetty by 9 am for the 40 min boat transfer and then to go to Triton beach reception for our tour starting at 8:45 (which is impossible as the tour leaves before the boat transfer even arrives!). Boat arrived at 9:30 (sat at pier for over 2 hrs). Boat had no record of our booking. Arrived at Triton at 10:15, tour had left and they had no record of our booking. Contacted co. They said they could get us on another tour in progress but we would have to pay another USD$30 pp to rent jetskis to take us to meet the tour in progress. We paid this as we were in the Maldives for only 1 day on a cruise. Got to the boat tour at 11:30. Had 15 min snorkeling on reef. They then moved to a sandbar for lunch on the boat and then sit on a sandbar (no snorkeling, no dolphins, no lunch on beach). We were taken back to pier, arrived at 1 pm. Paid USD$115 pp for 1 1/2 hr trip that included 15 min snorkeling and no dolphin watching.

1.00I had been told beforehand by e-mail that there would be a meeting place, but nothing happened. I went to Male International Airport an hour before the day and tried to contact them using all available means such as chat, WhatsApp, etc., but I did not hear from them, and the customer support tried to contact me as well. There was no way to tell if the rendezvous point was on a map, as there was a pin above the sea on the app. If you are refused a refund for this, you will never use this site again.
