We offer two tour times:
11:30
13:30 — this slot is ideal, as the Old Town is quieter and the Cathedral less crowded. Recommended for a more relaxed experience and to avoid peak-hour crowds.

5.00Our tour guide was excellent (Cemy), very knowledgeable and lovely. It was a rainy day but we were able to shelter in tunnels whilst she talked. The Cathedral is stunning and when tour is over you can spend as much time as you like exploring. A great way to spend a few hours in Palma at a very reasonable cost.

3.00My wife and I booked this tour in German as it is her first language. However, the guide surprised us at the beginning of the tour that he is to conduct the tour in 2 languages in parallel, English and German due to (as I understood) their company‘s decision to merge 2 groups due to low attendance. Needless to say that the amount of material covered was already cut in half at that point. In addition to that, the guide clearly struggled with German. He was at A2 level at best desperately trying to find the right words to communicate even the most basic information. He was a nice guy, but he did not do justice to the beautiful and fascinating historic center of Palma.

3.00Good to skip the queue for the Cathedral but not many other sights shown. It was dual language German and English, so a bit boring waiting for our language, wouldn't book a dual language tour again.

4.00The meeting point was wrong on the email with the ticket information . Double check pick up point as we only just made it in time. Juan the guide was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed his jovial manner and interesting information he gave .

3.001. Panic-stricken because we couldn’t figure out where to met the group because the address was incorrect in the message. Also, it does not start and end in the same location as indicated. 2. Juan was late to arrive 3. Very disorganized 4. The tour did not mention that it was going to be in BOTH English and Spanish. As you can imagine, we only got to do half of the highlights because each highlight of the church and town was done for each language. 5. As it is “No-Frills”, there aren’t any listening devices. There are A LOT of people in the church which makes it hard to hear the tour guide. 6. Juan was very knowledgeable. 7. We did skip the line.
