The Three Cities is a collective description of

the three fortified cities of Cospicua, Vittoriosa

and Senglea. During the tour you will drive

past Cospicua, you will then arrive in Vittoriosa. The third city Senglea is also called Civitas Invicta because it managed to resist the Ottoman invasion at the Great Siege of 1565.

You will then drive to the 1743 ir-Razzett l-Antik Qormi. The wine

tasting tour commences with a historical introduction amongst

original artefacts, followed by an explanation about the process of

how the locally grown grapes are pressed, fermented and eventually

transformed into wine. The wine sampling is held in the restaurant, where trained staff guide guests through a wine tasting session to sample different Maltese wines accompanied by a selection of local savouries like Maltese bread and cheese.

Tour on Tuesday is available in English, French, German & Italian.

Tour on Friday is available just in English

We were very happy with the tour, the pick up was on time, the tour guide Daiwa gave us a lot of information. We walked through the amazing old narrow streets and the wine tasting was also great!

A steep one hour walk through the three cities. Although several “rest” stops in between, it is not for those with mobility issues.

Mark was fantastic. We were unsure about this tour as we went on a different one with Hello Malta and it wasn’t great at all due to lack of organisation and not being given any information. Mark made sure we knew where we were going and what was next, he was very attentive and answered any questions and waited for the group to all catch up on the walking tour. We had a quick look at the two cities which were mostly destroyed in WW2, then spent an hour or so walking round Vittoriosa and had a great tour throughout discovering the history. Then a quick coach trip to the wine tasting which we had loads of food at and tried a white, red and rose. We bought some bottles. We were back in Valletta by 12:30. Only downside is we were picked up first so spent an hour on the coach picking people up. Other than that can’t complain about anything, the best trip we went on all holiday. Thanks Mark!

I had an amazing experience with Hello Malta Tours! The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire journey both fun and informative. The buses were clean and comfortable, and the timing was perfectly managed. We visited some of the most beautiful spots in Malta, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the commentary which gave great insights into Malta’s rich history and culture. This tour is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Malta without the stress of planning. Highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travelers. Truly the best tour experience in Malta!

The three cities is a nice place to visit. However, this tour is not worth it and I would advise to visit this place via another tour or independently. We were picked up from Valletta with a van and almost 1 hour later we were only at the tour bus. While a ferry from Valletta to Birgu only takes 8 min. The Tour leader spoke poor English and was often not heard. Furthermore, the wine tasting was also not spectacular. You sat at the table with everyone and got a white, a pink and red wine. And then it was done. We expected something completely different from the wine tasting. The staff at the wine tasting were very friendly and friendly. The food you got with it was also delicious! In short, we would not recommend this tour.

Pickup was late and a little chaotic, but that is Malta traffic.... after that it was smoothe sailing. Our guide was great - knowledgeable and friendly. We walked through the 3 cities which took about an hour and a half, then took the bus to a nice wine tasting with a full spread of antipasti - much more than the cheese and olives that I was expecting. Good value, nice tour.

The actual tour was great. It was marred by horrendous traffic problems which meant the pickup was 50 minutes late and the return journey much too long.

We did this tour on a Tuesday. It was no problem as English was the preferred language. Our very helpful guide was Miriam and it was her birthday. We had about an hour walk in the sunshine looking at all aspects of this beautiful area of Malta including the history, buildings, docks, ships, Maltese life, Second World War and village square. She easily answered any questions with lots of interesting details as we walked. If the weather had been raining it would not have been a great experience. A very short drive and we went into a warehouse/farmhouse. There was plenty of seating and a huge table in the middle with traditional Maltese food. It was a meal not just a snack to go with the 3 wines we tasted. Familiar items like bread, crackers, cooked meats,4?types of cheese, beetroot, pickled onions, olives and then humous flavoured with turmeric and wedges of flat bread with onions, tomato and peppers and more. The only one item which was a big no was a dish including rabbit livers. Each dish was explained by the chef. This was also approximately one hour. Why not 5/5 - we spent more time travelling by coach than the event itself. A cost of 45 euros A good proportion of this would be the food Enjoyed the whole experience just the travelling spoilt it a little.
