From the village of TROIS-ÎLET, you will embark on the Mantou, a small shuttle of ten places. The guide takes control of the boat and takes you out of the port in the direction of Génipa bay. In the middle of the MANGROVE we discover a world apart far from the noise and the crowd only the song of the birds, the colors of the waters, the rustling of the trees and the crabs will accompany your ride.

5.00Discover the mangrove with Faustin, a super friendly guide who knows all about the mangrove. According to him, the main ingredient of his (delicious) punch is: "Lots of Love". Not to be missed!!!

5.00We had a wonderful experience visiting the mangroves as part of a tour through our cruise ship. The tour was very informative and the mangroves are a really interesting part of Martinique's eco system. Nicholas - you were a fantastic guide, explaining everything about the mangroves and the wildlife that is within them. Even showing us how the crabs were caught was really interesting! Thank you - and well done on your English skills!

5.00Very friendly visit of the mangrove with Yann! One afternoon to discover this ecosystem, Yann takes us to the heart of the mangrove, we discover in detail the mangrove trees and the wildlife present. Small stop on an island for ever more discoveries and a local tasting very appreciated. Thanks again to Yann for her good humor and sharing of knowledge!

3.00Overall we would not recommend for anyone who is not very fluent in French. We booked the tour in English but were put on a boat with a guide who spoke very heavily accented and very rapid French. The arrival instructions are terrible and bring you right to the boat, apparently the other passengers who booked directly had other instructions that sent them to a check in point. If the instructions were more clear we would have been able to get te-booked on an English tour however when we arrived we were ushered on to the boat very quickly. Basically we spent a not insignificant amount of money to sit on a boat, look at lovely mangroves, and have no idea what was going on around us.
