5.00We had the best time with captain Amy and nick. We told them from the beginning that we couldn’t swim and they were so amazing with taking care of us. Gave us details instructions about the whole process. Not only that but Nick was so helpful getting our group off and up on the boat when we were in the ocean. He was patient with us and our inability to do somethings.. i would definitely recommend them and will book again when i return.

5.00This was an absolutley amazing experience! Highly recommend!! The captain and crew, Mitch, Madi, Diego and Tamae were so fun and attentive and educational. Super fun crew! They really made this trip what it was. Not to mention the fabulous set up they have to allow us to have an up close and very personal experience with these beautiful sentient beings, the Manta Rays. AMAZING!!! We had multiple encounters with them as they rotated from boat to boat to feed. My travel partner and her daughter who is 7 had such a great time too. If your kids are adventurous this is such a magical experience. I’ve wanted to do this for a very long time and I’m so glad it finally became a reality. Will definitely book another trip.

5.00This experience was AWESOME!! As soon as I put my face in the water and saw that I was inches away from one of these majestic rays I started laughing out loud! Through my snorkel! I did that several times because I was overcome with joy. They were SO close, graceful, and HUGE. The crew were great, helpful and informative. Thanks also to our Captain who bore an incredible likeness to "Spicoli" Thanks Brah!

4.00Please don’t be like me and show up 15 min before departure time! Show up with minimum 30 min ahead of time. It takes time to check in, pay for additives, get wet suits on, get your gear, and load on. The girl workers were a bit rushed and frustrated with me in their tone at my arrival but honestly that’s kind of my fault. It just left me feeling a bit low for the experience as I did it solo. The bait ride itself was wonderful, the guy who gave us instructions and the rundown was funny and easy to follow his instructions. The water was so cold even with a wet suit and it gets colder as the sun sets so please bring warm clothes and a towel! They provide hot chocolate after which was nice! And one of the workers films some footage on go pro that she can airdrop to you and just leave whatever tip you would like! Overall a cool experience but honestly you get tired, cold, and bit sea sick after a while in the water! lol at least I did! The staff was knowledgeable and efficient and I felt safe with them! Really something you should do once in your life!

5.00Wife and I went on a night snorkel trip to see manta rays in Kona. Trip was amazing, especially because the crew (Trev, Madi, Nick, and Diego) were so fun, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hawaii!

5.00Great overall experience. Some of the amenities are due for an upgrade ( lighting along path to boat and parking lot), but the overall experience was really good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Actual snorkeling experience with the Manta Rays was the trip of a lifetime. The Rays literally swim within an inch of you. Barrel rolls galore. Highly recommend this as a family outing.

2.00Felt like a crew just trying to check boxes versus trying to give customers a cool experience. Really immature group that did not come across as professional. We had just snorkeled in Maui with a really professional crew and the contrast was striking. I even heard one of the guys being condescending to some female Japanese tourists who were clearly inexperienced and asking questions. As we were exiting the water, a manta started barrel rolling but they still hurried us out of the water as it was happening. And we got back to the marina ahead of time so they could have easily let folks watch that especially since we didn’t see a barrel roll the entire time. As soon as we got on the boat to head back, the whole crew pulled out their phones and ceased any interaction with the customers. Again pretty immature. I would look somewhere else.
