Our experienced Tour Hosts have a passion for wine and Marlborough. You will be collected from your advised accommodation approximately 15 minutes before tour start time.
Your chosen tour will be for approximatley 4 hours and we'll return you to your accommodation.
Our first stop will be at an award winning Vineyard Restaurant & Cellar Door where a wine tasting experience and lunch will set the day.
After lunch, a fun afternoon will be relaxing at another 2 Cellar Door experiences where you will enjoy award winning top fligh vineyard wines.
Our tours are designed to be relaxed and fun - quality over quantity
Time permitting - A good wine starts in the vineyard, we'll explain how vines are planted, pruned, managed and harvested.
All Cellar Door tasting experience fees are included in your tour tariff.
Lunch is at the guests cost on the day, not included in your tour tariff.

5.00We joined the tour on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Kevin was our driver and guide for the day, was very knowledgeable and looked after us all very well. We felt the tour was good value for money. You pay extra for lunch but that was made clear at the time of booking and again by Kevin at the start of the tour. We spent a very enjoyable 4 hours visiting 3 vineyards around the Blenheim area and a bonus visit to a chocolate factory where we had a little tasting. We had a wine tasting with lunch at Saint Clair which was delicious. Lunch was outside sitting in the sunshine. This was followed by a visit to Gibson Bridge where we had a tasting led by the very informative owner of the winery. Our final stop of the day was at Whitehaven which was also very enjoyable. All in all a great afternoon, thank you.

An excellent way to experience the Marlborough wines. Our driver was excellent and the lunch was fantastic.

5.00Kevin picked us up in his mini van and introduced us to our group for the afternoon. We then began our tour of three cellar doors and even had a bonus trip to the chocolate factory We had a delicious lunch sitting in the sunshine drinking wine…perfect! He was so knowledgeable and made the afternoon such fun Would highly recommend

5.00We had a fantastic day with Discovery Wine Tours and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marlborough. The tour was a very small group, which made the experience relaxed and personal. Lunch at St Clair was excellent and a perfect stop during the day. One of our favorite discoveries was Gibson Bridge Winery, a tiny boutique winery we never would have found on our own. Their Pinot Gris was outstanding and one of the best wines we tasted. A big thank you to Tony, our driver, who was personable, knowledgeable, and made the day run smoothly. We loved every winery we visited and came away with several new favorites. A wonderful experience!

5.00Had the best day! Tony, our guide, was wonderful and couldnt do enough for us.Knowledgable and funny, he guided us to several wineries that were first class. Together with our fellow tour companions, we had simply a wonderful day and would highly recommend.

5.00We had a great afternoon at the wineries and wine centre with a bonus stop at the chocolatier. The new wine centre in Blenheim is an absolutely fantastic place with almost a hundred different selections to choose from and great food. The pick up and drop off worked a treat.
