Our guide was Zakaria, first of all I want to begin by saying that it is wonderful , made our visit a visual wonder through the monuments that I showed us, an olfactory experience through a stop at a herbal shop and finally gastronomic by voluntarily accompanying us at the end of the visit to one of the most good places to eat considering the value for money. In my opinion and that of my mother is an unbeatable guide!!!

Sallam was amazing! He has an incredible wealth of knowledge about Moroccan history and culture and took time to show us some incredible hidden gems around the Medina souqs, including visiting with leather artisans, carpet shops and the fascinating sand coffee of chez Bismilah.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Said on our first day staying in Marrakesh. Said is very knowledgeable and made the tour extremely interesting and fun giving us a fascinating insight into Marrakesh. We covered many areas of the city and would highly recommend this tour. Said was excellent - I give him an A+! I learned a lot b/c he shared historical facts in a compelling way that demonstrated his love of Morocco. His pace was perfect (I'm 80) and he respected my "no snakes" request. Highly recommend him!

We visited Marrakesh for our daughter's wedding. She and her fiancé arranged shopping and food tours with Said having been on tours with him on their previous trip to Marrakesh. We were not disappointed! Said's tours were very immersive in the culture of Morocco via the food and the artisans in the souks. His tours are fun, educational, and delightful. Said as a person is kind, accomodating, flexible and treated us as if we were family. Above all I appreciated that he made sure that we were safe and together all the time. Said's tours were EXCEPTIONAL!! And Said is a wonderful person. Please consider making your journey through Marrakesh with Said. You will be delighted!!

What an incredible time ! Said lead us on 2 wonderful adventures, with food and shopping. I was a sweet mix of culture, knowledge and experience. Said himself is kind and fun! He worked well at keeping us on task, time wise as well as offering up that extra bit for those of us that needed extra time. Said made the trip and opportunity to experience Marrakech just incredible. I hope to experience it again!

Stop. Just book this tour with Said if you’re going to book a tour of Marrakech. Not only is he a gem of a human, he’s incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Said was punctual in meeting us and easy to spot, he’s quite tall, bonus- you can’t lose him in the maze of the medina! He shared stories, history, Muslim/Moroccan culture, and even food with us on our tour. Ask about the chameleon and turtle soup… My daughter remarked that he seemed to know everyone in the medina. His reply, “Of course, this is my home.” We saw places we would have never found on our own such as the community bakery and the women’s second hand market, There was a “sales” stop towards the end, but, as it was our first day in Morocco, it was interesting, and we didn’t feel obligated to make any purchases. I’m certain if there was any part of the tour you were not interested in, Said would accommodate accordingly. Again, I’ve been on walking tour around the world and Said has set a new standard for me.
