5.00Marrakech – colorful, chaotic and absolutely in love! Our trip to Marrakech was a real adventure. From the colorful souks to the wild hustle and bustle of Jemaa el Fna, sometimes you don’t know where to look first, but that’s exactly what makes it fun! The absolute highlight was our guide Jamal. Really: more buddies than guides! Super friendly, always in a good mood and he showed us places we would never have found on our own. He made you feel not only safe, but really comfortable. In short: Marrakech is an explosion for the senses – and even better with Jamal on the side.

5.00In October 2025, we spent 2 days with Jamel as a small private group. Jamel is an amazing guide who led us to Marrakesh’s most authentic places based on our preferences, including a very special desert night. I strongly recommend him to anyone who really wants to discover Marrakesh with a knowledgeable local guide.

5.00Had a wonderful half day tour with Jamal of the Bahia Palace and Marrakech's old town. His knowledge of the history was impeccable but his over all personality and comfortable approach made it all the more interesting. No flag on a stick or time clock - just a great walk and conversation!

5.00Great guide, great city ! We had a blast on the tour with Jamal. The tour was personalized, so that we were able to be guided in the exact placed we wanted to see. Jamal knows every tiny corner of Marrakech, and showed us hidden local spots. Jamal was not in a hurry, and did not rush from spot to spot. He has great knowledge, and could answer all our questions. We HIGHLY recomend Jamal, thank you for an amazing tour!

5.00Jamal was the most wonderful guide imaginable, very knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and he took such great care of us on our very first day in Marrakech, ensuring we left the tour with enough good tips for the rest of our stay. He showed us delightful hidden gems in the souks and took us to the best lunch. We’d recommend a tour with Jamal to everyone who comes to Marrakech!

5.00We were so lucky that we got connected to Jamal for our Marrakech trip. Apart from the tour we did in the city where he showed the few left Medina non-touristy spots too, he had some amazing tips and tricks for the other days of our week in Marrakech. Jamal is a very friendly warm hearted guy (and guide!).

5.00Fantastic good and humble charisma, Jamal showed you the hidden gems you would not find if you go “the tourist way”. Talked in a calm way so very easy to understand even if you’re not great in English. Strongly recommend.

5.00Jamal led such a fun and informative tour of the Medina. I loved learning about the history and modern use of the Medina and was introduced to so many amazing artisans along the way. I found the tour a great way to ground myself before exploring on my own. And Jamal can recommend the absolute best shops no matter what you are looking for.

5.00We had a wonderful day and a half with Jamal. He was really kind, and if we hadn't had Jamal, we would probably have missed many of Marrakech's hidden gems. What's more, his English is crystal clear, which unfortunately isn't so common in Morocco.
