We are, the only ones have four stops to get off the bus. We also offer a lot of amenities that no other tour offers. The tours keep you fully engaged and all we require is for you to be curious!

We will not disappoint, what makes us entirely different is that we have a screen at the front of the bus that shows what certain sites looked like in the days of yore. To get a great depth and understanding of what Martha's Vineyard was, and how we are now.

This tour covered the entire island and was very informative. Our guide, David, was virtually a native islander and able to tell interesting stories and facts about the area. The vehicle was comfortable and everything ran on time. Pick up and drop off worked as scheduled. Highly recommend.

The company that Trip Advisor went through cancelled our tour. TA says they will refund me in 5-7 days. Hope it’s that easy. Should not be using Home Grown Tours. Not recommended
If nothing else..take this tour!

Our guide made the tour GREAT! I think his name was David and besides entertaining he went over & above in helping me with my mobility scooter. I would highly recommend this tour.

It was a great tour and very informative about the history of Martha’s Vineyard. While I learned a lot, I felt it could have been more inclusive in presenting all aspects of the island’s history and the diverse people who helped shape it.

Pleased with the information provided, professionalism of the tour guide, and because there were only 4 of us during this tour, it was great having what seemed like a private tour.

Wonderful tour. I prefer small tours as opposed to the large tour buses. This tour was perfect. There were six of us and 4 other people. Our tour guide, Stan, was great. He grew up on Martha's Vineyard - he knew the history and shared personal stories and experiences. You really get a feel for the lifestyle and heritage of the island. Highly recommend!

We did travel through 5 cities. Minimal history given on Martha’s Vineyard. There was too much talking about Haws movie. Expected to see more beautiful cottages.

David was a very knowledgeable guide and provided many personal antidotes that entertained us. The video screen presentations added a lot of clarity to his storytelling. The references to the movie Jaws and his personal experiences gave us insight into the movie and makes us want to watch it again. One of our best tours ever!!

Two friends and I took this tour. David Stephens was our guide and we had a wonderful time. David was very knowledgeable about the island, having lived there most of his life. We visited the different towns on the island and David was able to point various points of interest. He also gave us some background on the making of “Jaws” which was filmed on the island. Although we picked the tour in Oaks Bluff, David was kind enough to take us back to Vineyard Haven where we could take the ferry back to the Cape. All in all it was a great experience!!
