5.00We had an excellent experience with Alain, preparour meal. We went to the market to choose vegetables, and then began cooking. Alain gave us many tips and his humor added a lot to his time with us. We highly recommend the MasterSteak class. One of us has a lactose intolerance and he worked with that as well.

5.00Alain was an amazing chef and guide! We had a great time going to the market and cooking a huge meal. We were in a group of 8 people, 3 other couples. He divvied up the work in a really fun way and gave us so many great cooking tips as well as great Italian history. I highly recommend the steak experience!

5.00We had such a great time. This was our third class here and it was so much fun to hang out with the other instructors along with making new friends. Gui our Chef / instructor is fantastic. We were fortune enough to meet him during one of our classes with Linda. Just talking with him is what convinced us to register for this class. The market walk was so enjoyable. Visiting with vendors and just learning the many things we miss in a busy life. The kitchen was setup very functional and we all had plenty of room to work as we completed our assigned tasks. Cooking of the steak was and talking with Gui was very insightful as to grilling meats in US vs IT and Brazil. Hands down this school is top notch. All of the instructors are genuinely fantastic folks. I recommend these courses and hope that you have the same expernces we had. We are planning the pasta master class and bike tour in the fall when we return.

5.00This was the most amazing experience! Can’t recommend this enough. Gui was the greatest host, teacher and chef! The steak and side dishes were superb. The Florentine Steak cooking class was very informative and so much fun! If you’re visiting Florence, you should add this as a “must do” activity.
