Pick-up from Hotel and drive to Old Delhi Meeting Point with Expert at "Chawri Bazar Metro Station Outside Exit Gate - 3" Driver will drop the guest at Chawri Bazar from here Tour expert will take over the tour. Walk through Sitaram Bazzar, a charming quarter of Old Delhi, discover a wide variety of street food and try a few of the local delicacies from carefully selected shops. Later visit a Haveli (Private Mansion) for a home cooked vegetarian meal with a local family. The area is also home to several small temples, shrines, old mosque and protected monuments which is off the tourist radar.

5.00Varun conducted a great tour through the markets and temples of Old Delhi. He knew all the best places to tasty enjoy street foods, and - according to my wife - the best Lassi she has ever tasted, anywhere! The tour was concluded with a sumptuous lunch at the Masterji Lee Haveli - with our generous host Druv being both informative and entertaining. Highly recommended.

5.00My parents did this tour ten years ago and the loved it so much they wanted to share the experience with me and my brother. And it did not disappoint!! Varun was amazing - he showed us around Old Delhi giving us some of the history and shared some incredible street food. Everything we ate was so delicious! Varun also took so many photos for us, which meant we could just enjoy the experience and not have to think about documenting it. This has been a highlight of our trip, and maybe we’ll be back in another ten years!!

5.00This was an outstanding tour with Varun. We learned so much about Old Delhi and Chandni Chowk from a historical point of view. We sampled street food that was predetermined by Varun and safe for us to eat and finished with a private lunch at a haveli. We absolutely recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience old Delhi.
I wish I’d known to do this on my first day in India.

5.00We are on our last day in India (11 day whirl around the golden triangle) and have just returned from a walking tour of old Delhi with super funny and informative guide Varun. I wish we had done this as our first day & experience. We learned so much about the history, culture and beliefs of the complex and fascinating country. We got to see the markets , mosques, walked back streets feeling very safe and cared for. We shopped, rode, sat , ate , what more could anyone want? If you did , you only had to ask. I want to do it again ..who wants to come with me ? Just do this experience, it is so much more than a just walk with a guide. ♥️♥️♥️ Mary & Peter Hayman, Australia.

5.00I forgot to mention that our excellent guide, Vivian, took about 100 photos of us and the markets on the walk and they were sent to us free of charge. That was a real bonus!

5.00We have done this tour twice and it never disappoints. Anju and Dhruv are a delight and their insight into Old Delhi is incredible. The tour is an experience of real life in Old Delhi and involves all senses. Anju is so knowledgeable and passionate about the city and designs the tour around the group. A truly personal experience. Thank you for sharing your home and love if the city. I would recommend to anyone.

5.00Had a great trip with Varun who is very knowledgeable and has good humor. We tasted very tasty street food and heard about the history of Old Delhi. We visited temples and walked around the small streets where we would never have come without a guide. We ended with a really delicious meal at Masterji Kee Haveli. A very nice trip where we got a lot of knowledge about India and Old Delhi, all told with love for the city

5.00This tour was amazing. We luckily got our own private tour and Anju showed us all of old delhi from the people living there as well as the different types of mosques that are around the city. Overall if you could make it in old delhi without being overwhelmed with the crowd of people, you could make it anywhere.

5.00This is an excellent tour. I saw things I wouldn’t have on my own. Fabulous street food was chosen for me. In addition to all of that, this company picked me up from a train station and was super accommodating when it arrived about 3 hours late! This is the first walking tour I have ever booked. I was travelling solo. Excellent. Can’t recommend enough.
