Gilligans' Island Luau is an intimate luau experience and is the only luau in Kihei on Maui.
Our luau is less than one quarter the size of the average luau in Hawaii. So, every seat is a great view of the show.
The show is a mesmerizing journey through various types of Polynesian culture presented in a fun and engaging format. Through storytelling, audience participation and remarkable performances, we present an experience unavailable anywhere else.

Experience an Authentic Polynesian Luau in Kihei on the Island of Maui. Come see the traditional Polynesian evolution of Hawaiian, New Zealand, Tahitian Hula Dancers with a Samoan Fire Dancer finale. Show includes Hawaiian Musicians & Drummer and more! In an intimate setting with less than 1/3rd the capacity of most luaus, come have a great time experiencing the culture outside of a resort environment. Includes an open bar with tropical well drinks, red or white house wine, beer and all non-alcoholic beverage. Enjoy a full Hawaiian all you can eat buffet with Hawaiian Kalua Pork, Teriyaki Chicken, Panko-crusted Mahi Mahi with Lemon dill cream sauce, Hummus with vegetable crudites, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Mixed Vegetables, Mac Salad, Poi, White Rice, Molokai Sweet Potato, Green Salad w/Pineapple Vinaigrette dressing and Hawaiian Sweet Rolls with honey butter. For dessert, try Fresh Pineapple cubes, Chocolate Haupia Pie, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies, and Lilikoi Bars.

4.00The venue was great, the service was great, the show was great. However, the food was mediocre. I spent $700 for a family of 5, and I guess I expected better cuisine.

5.00Wonderful experience. Great food, service and atmosphere. Came here while traveling on a Hawaiian cruise with my husband for his birthday and our nephew, his wife and son for our nephews birthday. Perfect occasion!!

5.00Great service, tasty food, and fun-to-watch dances! Unfortunately, it rained at the start of the event and the area is not covered, so we were eating in the rain. At least it made for a more memorable experience! I still had a blast.

3.00The food was very good. The entertainment could have went longer. All seats were good. I paid extra for front row seating but didn't need too. We did get rained on so that was a bummer. I feel for the price we should have had umbrellas over the tables or a tent/awning.

3.00The staff was really great and friendly. They get full stars for service. The food was well prepared and presented. A few traditional dishes, but there were a few missing that would have been enjoyable. From seating until we left was under 2 hours. It felt a bit rushed for our older-aged family, but if you had younger kids it would be a good length for them to sit through. The dancers were good performers and the fire dancing at the end was enjoyable.
