Staff was great! Saw sea turtles. Bit of traffic jam in the water.

4.00Soft product was outstanding. Every member of the crew was excellent. The group was about 70 guest. I think it was a bit large for me. As I was bumped into more than a few times. I’m use to tours of about 20 to 25.

5.00Staff of Pride of Maui was excellent. Very thoughtful and attentive. Food was really nice as were drinks on our homeward portion of trip. I appreciated the staffs attention to safety considerations and nice explanations of how everything with regard to snorkeling worked. A very pleasant, no stress and enjoyable experience!!

5.00Great staff and very helpful with snorkeling . The boat ride was great and smooth at beginning but choppy at end . Captain handled it perfectly . The crew is always there to assist from garbage beverages to snorkel equipment . Had a great lunch on board . Much information shared by captain about the islands .
