  We booked an 8-hour catamaran tour to Ile aux Cerfs via GetYourGuide. The tour itself is very beautiful and offers a lot. Waterfall, snorkeling stop, swimming stop on the island, BBQ, and drinks included. The catamaran is relatively new, and the restrooms were clean. Prior to the tour, we received a WhatsApp message from the provider Paradis Discover. No one responded to questions at the provided WhatsApp number. The departure at the dock in Trou d'Eau Douce was very disorganized. On-site, we were sent from A to B and after some back and forth, a bit of waiting, etc., we finally boarded a catamaran from the agency Sirena Moris. We were taken to the catamaran by a small motorboat, and I was shocked to see that about 30 people were already on the catamaran - we were about 10 more who joined, but most seats were already taken. I found the catamaran with about 40 people to be too crowded, which made it quite uncomfortable at times. This was my third catamaran tour in Mauritius under these conditions (duration & price), but previously there were about 10-15 fewer people on the catamarans. In shallow water, the catamaran hit rocks or stones twice during the trip, it crashed quite loudly, but the crew found it amusing. The small boats for crossing to the island were allowed for a maximum of 10 people, but they squeezed about 15-20 people on board. Alcohol was already being served from the beginning (in the morning), which meant that some guests were already drunk by noon, and the music was turned up very loud. I would not recommend it for those who love peace or for families with children. The staff preferred to speak French rather than English and played a lot of French music.   The worst Catamaran Tour on Mauritius, the waterfall a tourist nap, the snorkel spot without things to see, too short time on the island. Plus, we booked via a broker (Taxi Boat) who promised much more than the tour did offer. A pity, we had much better tours on the west coast, where the boats were not that crowded and the spots beautiful.

  We had an exceptional day during this catamaran cruise to Deer Island. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The crew was absolutely extraordinary: welcoming, attentive, professional, and always in a good mood. Their energy and kindness greatly contributed to making this day unforgettable. The setting is beautiful, the atmosphere on board was friendly and relaxed, and every moment was a true pleasure. An experience we recommend without hesitation to anyone wishing to discover Deer Island under ideal conditions. Thank you again to the entire team for these wonderful memories.

  Really excellent! A superb atmosphere, truly great people, and very pleasant! The meal and drinks were top-notch; they took care of everything throughout the day. It's a shame that the time spent on Deer Island was only 1 hour.

  A captain who weaves between the waves, arrives first at the dive site, and returns under sail. A sailor/cook who prepares us a delicious barbecue and handles all the boat transfers. A lovely hostess who creates a great atmosphere. All of this in a magical setting. What more could one ask for? To have the boat just for the five of us! And yes! A company more concerned about the comfort of its clients than its revenue! A true delight! We highly recommend it!
