3.00Sights were fairly interesting, although our guide kept getting into to road rage arguments, at one point driving neck and neck with another car to argue. Would recommend a different company for the same tour.

5.00We did the tour of the North with Hans, who responded to all our wishes. He speaks good German, so we could talk a lot. He drove us everywhere right in front of the attraction, explained many things and always waited patiently for us. Hans also drives very well, so we could enjoy a great and relaxed trip. We'll be back!

5.00Hans was prompt picking us up and was flexible with the schedule throughout the day. He gave us as much or as little time as we wanted at each location. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable...and his English was great. He also took us to a fantastic local restaurant. We would highly recommend Hans and this tour!

5.00We had an amazing time .yash was very informative and good company . Port Louis is a must see, so lovely . Sugar museum was very interesting and lunch was superb at a local restaurant

4.00…but he won’t hold your hand. Hans will drive you to every place on the itinerary, tell you a bit about it, and answer all your questions before and after, but he won’t go in with you. I think of this as more of a semi-independent (rather than a guided) tour. You have the opportunity to look around at your own pace and make your own discoveries. Only complaint I had was with lunch. The first restaurant we tried had a line out the door, the second had no line but service was slow and the food not so great. I recommend skipping the lunch stop and going straight to L’Aventure du Sucre (maybe 10 minutes away) and getting something from their restaurant (you can google it to check out the menu) and maybe they won’t charge you an extra 5% if you pay with a credit card like the restaurant did. Speaking of credit cards, they’re ok to use at the Botanical Garden (MUR 300) and L’Aventure du Sucre (MUR 1200, which includes an unenthusiastic rum tasting) without a surcharge.
