Here's some information travelers would find helpful about my services, covering pick-up identification and route details: - Pick-Up Information: 1. Identification: I will communicate with you through the app or platform you used to request the service. Upon arrival, I will either: ● Display your name: I will hold a sign with your name clearly visible. ● Describe my vehicle: I will describe the make, model, and colour of my vehicle in our pre-arranged communication so you can easily identify it. I can also provide the license plate number, if necessary. 2. Contact you directly: I will call or message you (through the app or platform) upon arrival to let you know my location. 3. Meeting Point:The agreed-upon meeting point will be confirmed in advance. This might be: ● The designated pick-up area at the port, airport or tours starting and pickup points.airport ● The address of your hotel or another specific location you provide. - Route Information: 1. Route Type: I will offer information about the route. ● Direct Route: Unless otherwise requested, I will take the most direct and efficient route to your destination, using navigation apps to avoid traffic and delays. ● Scenic Route: If you are interested in a more relaxed journey, I can offer a scenic route option (if available and reasonable) that may take longer but could offer pleasant views or pass by points of interest. Please specify your preference at the time of booking or request a scenic route during the trip. - Trip Duration: I will provide an estimated trip duration based on the route chosen and current traffic conditions. ● Direct: Direct routes have no stops unless requested. ● Planned Stops: If requested, I can accommodate short stops along the way, such as for restrooms or refreshments. 5.00Booked a trip both to and from the airport. Both times, drivers were early and ready to help with baggage. Both were super friendly and both cars were clean. The company quickly sent out a confirmation via WhatsApp with clear directions on where I'd meet the driver. The company even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. Would definitely recommend using again!

5.00The trip was excellent! My husband was on wheelchair so the driver Keshaw was very understanding and helpful! He met us with a tablet with our name on it. The car was very clean and smell nice, we both enjoyed the trip☺️ I’d definitely recommend him!

5.00Nawaz was friendly and very professional. . He not only drove us to our hotel from the airport he gave us some very useful information about Mauritius and things to do . He also text us a leaflet on other trips available to very booked through him and team .I would recommend using Nawaz and his team 😊

5.00Tour operator was very responsive and driver was very polite. Would use again. Be ready for rush-hour to Port Louis if you’re traveling at Peake hours.
