Identification: I will communicate with you through the app or platform you used to request the service. Upon arrival, I will either: ● Display your name: I will hold a sign with your name clearly visible. ● Describe my vehicle: I will describe the make, model, and colour of my vehicle in our pre-arranged communication so you can easily identify it. I can also provide the license plate number, if necessary. 2. Contact you directly: I will call or message you (through the app or platform) upon arrival to let you know my location. 3. Meeting Point:The agreed-upon meeting point will be confirmed in advance. This might be: ● The designated pick-up area at the port, airport or tours starting and pickup points.airport ● The address of your hotel or another specific location you provide. - Route Information: 1. Route Type: I will offer information about the route. ● Direct Route: Unless otherwise requested, I will take the most direct and efficient route to your destination, using navigation apps to avoid traffic and delays. ● Scenic Route: If you are interested in a more relaxed journey, I can offer a scenic route option (if available and reasonable) that may take longer but could offer pleasant views or pass by points of interest. Please specify your preference at the time of booking or request a scenic route during the trip. - Trip Duration: I will provide an estimated trip duration based on the route chosen and current traffic conditions. ● Direct: Direct routes have no stops unless requested. ● Planned Stops: If requested, I can accommodate short stops along the way, such as for restrooms or refreshments. I had them take me to hotel and take me back to airport, after my visit to Mauritius. Friendly drivers both times and a smooth and easy experience. Good communication in preparation for both rides. Highly recommend!

We had a very good experience with Nawaz and Fardeen. Right from the airport pick up, sightseeing, stopping on undisclosed but beautiful locations, improvising the itinerary as per the situation (weather etc). Both were good in communication skill specially Hindi. They made sure we're comfortable throughout the journey, waited patiently in case we were late, offered Water, even bought farm fresh Lichi for us. Do contact them if you're looking for a flawless vacation in Mauritius.

Received WhatsApp updates from Nawaz prior to arriving in Mauritius. The driver messaged me via WhatsApp with their contact details the day before arrival. Driver informed me to contact to the terminal WiFi on arrival and provided details and a picture of exactly where to meet them. Driver was waiting with my name on the board, so no time was wasted when I arrived. Good clean car and safe driver. Excellent Service. Would highly recommend for anyone arriving to Mauritius and looking for a swift and smooth transfer to hotel.
