1. Booking & Confirmation Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with all transfer details. At the time of booking, please provide the required information depending on your transfer type. For arrival transfers, please provide your full name, flight number, arrival time, and hotel or accommodation name. For departure transfers, please provide your full name, hotel name, and room number, as this information may be required by hotel security for pickup access. 2. Customer Support & Flight Monitoring We monitor your flight in real time and adjust pickup times in case of delays. For any questions or last-minute updates, you may also contact us directly on WhatsApp: +230 5706 9549. 3. Airport Arrival (Arrival Transfer) Upon arrival at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU), your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at Gate 07, holding a sign with your name. The driver will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your private vehicle. 4. Transfer to Your Accommodation You will be driven directly to your hotel or accommodation anywhere in Mauritius in a private, air-conditioned, fully licensed vehicle, with no stops or shared rides. 5. Departure Transfer (Hotel → Airport) For departure transfers, pickup is scheduled approximately 4 hours before your flight departure time, depending on your hotel location and traffic conditions. Your hotel name and room number are required, as hotel security may request this information before allowing driver access. 6. Return to the Airport Your driver will pick you up at the agreed time and take you directly to the airport, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and punctual journey.

5.00We booked our airport transfer with Mauritrip and it was honestly the best decision after a long flight. Our driver was waiting for us at the arrival hall with a clear name sign, which made everything stress-free from the start. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, exactly what we needed after landing. The driver was very professional, friendly, and even shared some helpful tips about Mauritius during the drive to our hotel. We also booked their famous 5 Islands tour due to the driver's tips, we are excited and looking forward to it. Everything was punctual and well organised. Communication on WhatsApp was quick and reassuring before our arrival, which gave us peace of mind. Highly recommend them for airport transfers in Mauritius.

They responded to our enquiry almost immediately, confirmed everything clearly, and the driver was punctual and very friendly. The transfer was smooth and stress-free after a long flight. Because everything went so well, we also booked additional tours with them, including the 5 Islands tour, which was fantastic.
