It’s was hard to reach Viator directly( we understand they are just a booking agency and sub contract out to other transport companies). When we booked for 17 people and their luggage we were to have 2 shuttle vans.. they were 45 minutes late picking up…we were picked up by a 34 passenger bus and luggage trailer. That ended up fine but our original fee was suspiciously high priced. Nothing as it was suppose to be.
Don't leave your ride to chance. Book ahead with this team!

My family and I (5 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant) used this service for transportation to MCO from a cruise. Not only was the price better than what the cruise line was offering (by 15%), but our transportation was truly private. As you can imagine with 6000 people trying to exit the port at the same time, it was sheer chaos; but Frank (our driver) and his team were very communicative with me- staying in constant contact the day before and the day of the service. He even politely turned away multiple people that were trying to join our group. One such individual blocked me from getting my luggage to Frank because he thought I was trying to hone-in on his ride. All in all, my family were grateful to have booked this ride. It made the disembarkation much more palatable.

I was upset that I paid for private car was told we had to a share ride. My has dementia that’s the reason I wanted a private car. The other people that was on the ride with us was very rude They seen he was in a wheelchair and got on before us and took all the front seats so it was a little rough going back it bus. Other then that your service was good. Do I get any kind of refund for having to take a share ride. Thank you Donna Pollin
