• Truly an amazing time at the reindeer farm, husky ride and santa village

  We had a lovely time at both, the husky farm as well as the reindeer farm. A quick husky ride and a leisurely reindeer ride. Learnt a lot of them too. Our guide, Ifu, was very knowledgeable and resourceful. She picked us up spot on time and walked through every activity. Lastly we went to the santa claus village. Had a lovely time with Santa there and the other activities and attractions. Truly a day well spent. Thanks to Ifu, everything went so smoothly and seamlessly. Thank you once again.

  We had wonderful time exploring Lapland with IZU ,knowing so much about Finland and Lapland, being so patient with kids. Very friendly and a great tour guide

  Ifu was such a great guide today. There was no rush, no presure, she explained everything, took photos of us. Lovely, lovely Ifu! And the trip was excellent. All the content had us entertained the whole time. Thanks a lot!!!

  It was a wonderful tour around the Santa Claus Village. Our guide Jade was extremely kind and helpful & gave us a wonderful tour. The activities of Husky & Reindeer Ride were also special.

  You will paying three times more then if you buy ticket yourself and go there via bus. I just did some calculation total same activity cost 70euro per person. I just don’t think I will be doing this tour if I ever visited Lapland again. Only benefit was guide dropped me off to where I want that’s it.

  An amazing and magical experience in Rovaniemi! Meeting Santa, riding the reindeer, and greeting the huskies was unforgettable. Everything was well organized, and our guide IFU was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lapland!

  nice experience!!!!!!! Especially Ms Jade)our guide is GOOD and KINDNESS I could awesome time! I recommend u!!)u! read this review 🫵😆 日本人の皆さんへ 結構よかったです サンタ、トナカイ、ハスキーを効率よく回れますし、ガイドのjadeさんが優しくて、写真も撮ってくれます 北極圏証明書ももらえました 自由時間もぼちぼちあってちょうどよかったです 昼ごはんとお土産を買う時間がありました！ 結構満足かなーと思います！

  We went to see Santa Claus on January 1st! It was nothing but magical. Jade, our guide, was incredible. She accomodated us in every single way possible. She was so sweet and patient for every activity we did. We were there with our 6 years old daughter and would always fall behind because kids are kids and They do take longer with everything 😅 She was so understanding. She went above and beyond to make our day magical. She was always ready to help us take pictures, hold the gazillion bags we had, etc. As for the activity itself, it’s worth every single dime. The pickup was so easy and comfortable. The husky ride was great, we loved learning about the huskies and be so close to them. Same for the reindeer ride, it was magical.. Seeing Santa at the end (where we waited for less than 1h in the line), made our 6 years old and us believe in magic again. Santa was everything we expected and more. It was short, I’m not gonna lie, but again, I think that 2-3 min is more than enough to talk to Santa. We purchased all the pictures and video and it’s the best memory ever. So Jade, thank you so so much for the whole day, it was pure magic ♥️

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to our guide, Rafi. From meeting Santa Claus to the husky ride and the reindeer sleigh, every moment was perfectly organized and truly magical. Rafi is highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire trip engaging and enjoyable with his insights and stories. His passion and attention to detail really enhanced our experience. We had an amazing time with him and would highly recommend Rafi to anyone looking for a memorable and well-guided adventure.

  We had a wonderful time, with reindeers and huskies, we met Santa at early morning before a queue and had fun; Jade made everything better
