  Overpriced and underwhelming. We spent most of the day queuing, only to do things we could have done ourselves for far less. Santa barely spoke to the kids, the reindeer ride was the same one available in the village for €50/€30, and nothing about the tour felt special or exclusive. A bite-sized chocolate at the end summed it up — minimal effort, maximum price. Emailed the company afterwards and never heard back.

  We had a lovely time at both, the husky farm as well as the reindeer farm. A quick husky ride and a leisurely reindeer ride. Learnt a lot of them too. Our guide, Ifu, was very knowledgeable and resourceful. She picked us up spot on time and walked through every activity. Lastly we went to the santa claus village. Had a lovely time with Santa there and the other activities and attractions. Truly a day well spent. Thanks to Ifu, everything went so smoothly and seamlessly. Thank you once again.

  We had wonderful time exploring Lapland with IZU ,knowing so much about Finland and Lapland, being so patient with kids. Very friendly and a great tour guide

  Ifu was such a great guide today. There was no rush, no presure, she explained everything, took photos of us. Lovely, lovely Ifu! And the trip was excellent. All the content had us entertained the whole time. Thanks a lot!!!

  It was a wonderful tour around the Santa Claus Village. Our guide Jade was extremely kind and helpful & gave us a wonderful tour. The activities of Husky & Reindeer Ride were also special.

  You will paying three times more then if you buy ticket yourself and go there via bus. I just did some calculation total same activity cost 70euro per person. I just don’t think I will be doing this tour if I ever visited Lapland again. Only benefit was guide dropped me off to where I want that’s it.

  An amazing and magical experience in Rovaniemi! Meeting Santa, riding the reindeer, and greeting the huskies was unforgettable. Everything was well organized, and our guide IFU was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lapland!

  nice experience!!!!!!! Especially Ms Jade)our guide is GOOD and KINDNESS I could awesome time! I recommend u!!)u! read this review 🫵😆 日本人の皆さんへ 結構よかったです サンタ、トナカイ、ハスキーを効率よく回れますし、ガイドのjadeさんが優しくて、写真も撮ってくれます 北極圏証明書ももらえました 自由時間もぼちぼちあってちょうどよかったです 昼ごはんとお土産を買う時間がありました！ 結構満足かなーと思います！
