  Rafi was nothing short of amazing. We had limited time and wanted to do other things. We took us to the excursions we had booked, showed us around the best areas. His knowledge was helpful about lapland. I recommend using him. Great from the start to that end.

  Our guide, Jade, was wonderful in ensuring that our youngest to oldest, ages 1-73, were well taken care of and while visiting the various venues. The youngest thoroughly enjoyed the sled dog ride. While we had a time for our Santa visit at his office, it was still an hour wait and a bit difficult for the youngest. Be prepared as it is high season now.

  Our trip with IFU as a tour guide was simply great. She was super warm, attentive and perfectly organized from the beginning. You noticed how much experience she has – she explained everything to us in an understandable way, answered every question and always made sure that we felt comfortable.

  What an amazing and memorable day for our family. Great host, Ifu and her trainee Ali. Very knowledgeable and made our adventure incredible. Great value for money, including transfers to and from hotel to Santaland and access to Santa, reindeers and huskies. Nice early start ensured we were first to meet Santa with no queues 🙌 and the whole day lasted about 7 hours. Fabulous experience and highly recommended.

  Ifu was very helpful and knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed our day. Favourite bit was the quick huskey sled ride in the forest.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This tour was an absolute highlight of our trip to Lapland! The reindeer sleigh ride was serene and magical — slowly gliding through the snow-covered forest was like something out of a fairy tale. The reindeer were calm, well cared for, and the handlers shared interesting facts about them. The husky safari brought a whole different level of excitement. The dogs were full of energy and clearly loved to run. Riding through the snowy trails with them was exhilarating and beautiful. We also got to spend some time with the huskies afterward, which was a lovely touch. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel safe and well-organized. Warm drinks and a small BBQ by the fire added a cozy end to a truly memorable adventure. Highly recommend for animal lovers and anyone wanting a real taste of Lapland’s winter magic!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meeting Santa Claus and experiencing the Reindeer Ride & Husky Greet was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully organized, festive, and full of Christmas spirit. Santa himself was incredibly warm, kind, and authentic — it felt like stepping right into a storybook. The reindeer ride was peaceful and enchanting through the snowy landscape, and the huskies were so friendly and full of energy. It was truly special being able to interact with them up close. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made sure everyone — especially the children — had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Lapland. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience that captures the true magic of the holiday season!
