  We went to see Santa Claus on January 1st! It was nothing but magical. Jade, our guide, was incredible. She accomodated us in every single way possible. She was so sweet and patient for every activity we did. We were there with our 6 years old daughter and would always fall behind because kids are kids and They do take longer with everything 😅 She was so understanding. She went above and beyond to make our day magical. She was always ready to help us take pictures, hold the gazillion bags we had, etc. As for the activity itself, it’s worth every single dime. The pickup was so easy and comfortable. The husky ride was great, we loved learning about the huskies and be so close to them. Same for the reindeer ride, it was magical.. Seeing Santa at the end (where we waited for less than 1h in the line), made our 6 years old and us believe in magic again. Santa was everything we expected and more. It was short, I’m not gonna lie, but again, I think that 2-3 min is more than enough to talk to Santa. We purchased all the pictures and video and it’s the best memory ever. So Jade, thank you so so much for the whole day, it was pure magic ♥️

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to our guide, Rafi. From meeting Santa Claus to the husky ride and the reindeer sleigh, every moment was perfectly organized and truly magical. Rafi is highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire trip engaging and enjoyable with his insights and stories. His passion and attention to detail really enhanced our experience. We had an amazing time with him and would highly recommend Rafi to anyone looking for a memorable and well-guided adventure.

  Jade was absolutely fantastic today from start to finish. We had 2 kids with us age 7 and 3. Having everything pre booked was the quickest way avoiding queues. Jade held onto our items each time and photos. She was brilliant

  Amazing experience guided by Ifu. We went to meet Santa early in the morning and could meet him with barely any queue. The good thing was wherever we went, the queue was minimal, despite it being Christmas eve. Ifu took us to places where queues were less at the right time. The husky ride was the best of all and she even took some videos. It was a very good atmosphere. She was really very friendly and cooperative. Overall a great experience.

  I had the best day ever here! All the staff were incredibly friendly, and a very special thank you to our guide Jade for taking such great care of us. She was so warm, enthusiastic, and truly amazing at her job. This experience wouldn’t have been the same without her!

  We made a great trip to see reindeer and husky farm! We enjoyed a lot especially kids ! Huge thank to Mrs Jade as she guided us on each place and gave us a lot of interesting facts!

  Great time with familiy in Winter wonderland. Meet Santa Claus and short talk with he. Beatiful dogs. We didn't eat any thing.
