Starting our tour, Experience traditional cheese-making on a local farm tour, where you’ll watch skilled artisans craft halloumi and anari cheeses from fresh milk. Start with a warm welcome and a look at the lush farmland and animals that provide the milk. Then, observe the fascinating cheese-making process, from curdling and heating to molding. You’ll sample fresh halloumi—soft, salty, and delicate, creamy anari. Enjoy a hands-on moment, learning to shape your own cheese, followed by a tasting with local bread and olives. This tour combines delicious flavors, local culture, and hands-on learning for an unforgettable culinary adventure.

Great way to sample quite a variety local products. Also lets one see a lot of the besytiful interior of the island with its picturesque villages.

We had an amazing experience with Adventures Cyprus.! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. A wonderful day spent with warm and welcoming locals, a fantastically nice and friendly guide, and a professional driver as well! Many thanks from me and the girls, Andy and Dimitri!!!

A really great way to to get to know Cyprus and some of the "cottage industries" that exist. Also beautiful views of the Troodos mountains.

The tour was wonderful and I had such pleasant time. My tour guide Katerina gave us so much historical background on the area and was so eager to answer all of our questions. I throughly enjoyed the food and wine tour and Katerina's positive energy. SINCERELY GLORIA USA

The visits were interesting but could have been a little more in depth, more explanations and more understanding. It felt a little like going from place to place for their marketing speech and then guests expected to buy. It wasn’t really anymore than 3 locations selling you things. The drive was nice, the guide was nice but didn’t add too much value. Luckily the other guests on the tour were interesting to chat with. The lunch location we were taken to was sub-par in terms of food quality.

More than I was expecting. Small group, nice tour guide. Just study Omodos town a bit to know where to go to as you will be on your own wandering around it.

Our guide Irene was very knowledgeable. She explained about Cypriot culture and history all while driving us to our various stops in the Troodos Mountains. I would recommend this trip and especially Irene.

My wife and I traveled to the mountains of Troodos, the excellent and knowledgeable Katerina was our driver and guide showed us the hidden Cyprus, from meat and sausage smoking/preserving to distilling rose petals to make perfumes and drinks, to the distillation of the fiery zivania and the making and tasting of Halloumi cheese. An excellent day well spent. Hoping to use this company again next year.
