4.00We lucked out: a small group on a big boat for the full day with friendly staff from CocoLocco. The big boat is a double catamaran style so it's powerful and smooth on the open water. We were on the full day excursion to the private beach club, and were really lucky also to have tons of whale sightings on the way. The MC of the day was really entertaining. The staff is really friendly. The food served was tasty enough. The waterfall "hike" is chill, but nothing out of this world amazing. I would change a few things: a little less loud music, a few more snacks at the beach club, a little more time at the beach club too.

5.00I showed up at the wrong site! But it was ok because they switched me over to a better cruise (for a small fee) the waterfall was beautiful and the crew very kind. Bring sneakers. These flip flops nearly threw me off the mountain.

4.00The staff was exception and really focused on making sure everyone had a great time. Our family was primarily interested in the hike to the waterfall and water activities. Unfortunately, the hike is an hour both ways and you need good walking shoes (which we did not have) The water activities offered are ok. The water was pretty rough and murky with lots of rocks. So, not a great snorkeling location. The food was great but not served until 2 pm. It has something for every interest - drinking, hanging out, or adventure or all of above.

5.00Great excursion! Staff was attentive, energetic, and that made the experience so much fun. It definitely is a party boat. The resort, swimming pool, and catamaran is exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed a relaxing day with lots of activities to do! It's the perfect excursion if you are on the cruise ship.

2.00This was very misleading. If you're going to drink all you want and rest in the shade, this is a trip for you. But if you're going for the snorkeling and afternoon on a beach, it is not the trip for you. The beach wasn't really a beach. It was huge big rocks and a tiniest bit of sand. Not hardly any. There was nothing really to see with a snorkeling. There was some rocks and a couple of fish, but not much. Snorkeling was done in the same place where other people were kayaking and paddle boarding at the same time. So any wildlife that might have been there, was not because of all the people around. It was a sunny calm day so we should have seen a lot, but did not. The food was mediocre and small and portions for the price. There was plenty of Alcohol But you could have paid the amount we paid and drank for days on the beach back in the city and would have been much more comfortable. It was crowded and just not what was described. Also there were no horseback riding which we were told that was an option to get to the waterfall. The guides seem confused when we mentioned it. We had really looked forward to that. One small saving factor on the way back to Sayulita was that we did get to see dolphins and whales. But that extended our trip home by an hour because the captain kept stopping for them. We had a reservation at 7:00. We were supposed to be back by 3:30. We did not get back till 7:00. Both the ride there and back were extended by hours. Neither of the boats were very comfortable. And it was very loud. Especially on the boat, but also when we got there. They said they could do nothing with the loudness and could not turn down the music. Overall very disappointing for the amount we paid.

5.00It was a great day. The minute you step onto the boat, the crew takes incredible care of you. Enjoy some complimentary drinks, fruits and pastries as you sail through the bay to the destination. Some beautiful views and a glimpse at some whales. Once you arrive, the staff is just as great as the crew. Greeted with chips and guac, more drinks and a beautiful beach area. We did some paddleboarding and played in the ocean for a bit. We chose to take the ATV ride up to the waterfall, which was definitely worth it. The ATV ride is really cool, driving through the jungle and the river, as well as seeing some local homes. Beautiful waterfall and a great swimming spot. We arrived back to the beach area to be greeted by lunch and more drinks. Had some time to hangout by the pool and relax. The boat ride back was a lot of fun. Music was turned up and we danced the whole ride home. We were a party of 4. Myself, a few friends and my niece who is 10 years old. It was enjoyable for all 4 of us so I recommend this for any type of outing. Whether it be a group of friends, family or a mix like we were. We all had a great day. The photographer was fantastic. She followed around all day and took some great pictures (included in tour) which are awesome memories. Thanks again Chica Locca, and a special shout out to Isiah (Papi Chulo). Keep up the great work.
