5.00I have to say that this is another great Viator tour. We have been using Viator for some time and everything we have booked with them has been very satisfactory. Chica Locca Tours Mega Catamaran ALL INCLUSIVE Remote Paradise Beach Adventure was the best day we had during our week long stay at a local resort. The staff was incredible, the drinks were flowing, and the food was fresh and quite good. Even though it was not guaranteed, we were able to see whales, dolphins, and turtles on our trip to the remote beach. We also opted in to purchase the waterfall trip by ATV and were very happy that also. A perfect day!

5.00The best tour we did! Staff is extremely friendly, fun, helpful and super organized! This was our first trip to PV and first tour with Chicca Locca. We can’t say enough good things! They even assisted us when we had lost our way a different day with a totally different group. Will always use them for excursions. Thank you for everything!

5.00Fantastic day! We thought it was going to be a 4 hour tour but it's actually about 6ish hours. We almost canceled but I'm so glad we didn't. We had a blast and met so many great people. The staff was awesome and the private beach/pool was beautiful. We snorkled and then went on a hike through the jungle and small village to a beautiful waterfall where we swam and had a drink. Some took ATV's up to the falls while others stayed behind and kayaked or paddle boarded and hung by the pool. We also went off the boats slide and jumped off the top deck into the cool ocean. The food was good and drinks were plenty! It was a great day all around. It had something for everyone.

5.00This was an amazing day. The crew was so funny and the itinerary was great! The remote beach club was fun with kayaks, snorkeling and a nice beach beds. We took an ATV to the cascade, loved it!

5.00The guides were very helpful and someone asked us if we needed something or information frequently and we never had to wait for anything longer than 2-3 minutes. We decided to hike to the waterfall and while we didn't get to hang out at the water fall as long as I would have liked, the hike itself was wonderful and everything was so beautiful. We did a few other tours with another local group and kept commenting on how we wish we would have done more with Chica Loca instead.

4.00The limousine of the sea is a nice boat with lots of room and very comfortable. The staff on board were very friendly. The breakfast was a bit of fruit and tiny muffin. The drinks were not great. We ordered mimosas and not sure what the orange juice was, and it certainly wasn’t Prosecco. Bloody Mary’s/Caesars and margaritas also weren’t great. The venue was very nice, but the beach is not big. The lunch was fine and they had some water sport equipment. The best part was the walk/hike into the waterfalls, although there were many ATVs going back-and-forth along the same path. The staff at the venue was also very helpful and friendly. On the boat over and back however the music was very loud and so were the announcements. Important to know who your guests are as not everyone wanted to party party. Or maybe have one section of the ship that is quieter, for example, upstairs.Also coming in to drop off at Nuevo the announcements were very loud and I’m sure the local residences says would find this annoying. Maybe make any announcements before coming in to the marina. Overall, a nice day on the water.

5.00The whole team are friendly, working hard to check on you to offer drinks, make sure you are taken care of. We also did the hike to the waterfall. We had a wonderful experience. Side note: we did this as a shore excursion of a Mexico cruise. We booked on viator.com. The cruise ship didn't have this tour. I like the flexibility to pay later and be able to cancel the reservation up until 24 hours before the tour time.

5.00I just want to take a minute to say what a great time my group of 11 had on this excursion. I have traveled frequently and often and have never experienced the amount of fabulous customer service we all had on this trip.. Isais (papi chulo) and his crew worked tirelessly to ensure we had a great time. We were able to enjoy all the watersports, delicious food and bottomless beverages all day long (including the boat ride there and back). I would go back to Puerto Vallarta just to do this again and spend the day with these entertaining, hard working and extremely personable individuals. Thank you to everyone at Chicas Locas Tours and I hope more people enjoy this beautiful trip.
