  Alfonso our tour guide was an excellent guide with us the whole time when we went to Vandara Tour. We learned alot about the Costa Rican culture and had a great doing Ziplining, riding horses, going on the water slide and doing Mud bath's and rinsing off in the Hot Springs, it was time we will never forget. Alsono was there with us the whole time, whether we was completing Zipling or going to the Water slide he was always there with us offering to take pictures or some of our personal belongings. He even picked us up from our AirBNB home. Thank you for providing a great experience along with a great tour guide.

  It was absolutely the best experience! We almost cancelled as we had had a very bad night of sleep and were exhausted but Jairo assured us that we could decided what we wanted to do and end early if necessary. So glad that we didn’t cancel! Our guide, Alex, was fantastic and helped us enjoy a low-key day with all the flexibility that we needed after a bad night of sleep. He shared a lot of great information and stories and made excellent suggestions that we thoroughly enjoyed. We rode horses and walked through the hanging bridges as well as stopped for souvenirs and a coffee tasting stop. The authentic Costa Rican lunch was one of our favorites! We could have done more and would have if we weren’t so tired. Definitely would highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  If you're staying at Dreams, this is the outfit to use! In a country I was unfamiliar with, Jairo personally picked us up from the airport with a driver and brought us to Dreams. All of our boating excursions were right off the beach of Dreams. He made us feel safe in his country from walking out the door of the airport until we flew out. He is a great english speaker, local to the town and knew everybody! Anything we could dream of doing, he made it happen. Great snorkeling, boating, FISHING, and giant scallops on the half shell prepared on the boat. Monkeys, sloths, and frogs! Jairo took care of us the entire week with awesome adventures, trained guides, and transportation. I'm going back and using his service again.

  Amazing service and experience. Price was reasonably. We had a wonderful trip with Jairo - river tubing, mad bath, hot springs, horse back riding, zip line and lunch.

  What an amazing experience! The zip lining was worth it at a minimum, but to tack on the horse ride, the coffee, the food and the the hot springs. The best part of all was our tour guide Larry! He was very helpful, took pics for us and gave us a little history of his home. We are forever grateful for this experience!

  We had the best experience doing the mega combo tour with Jorge as our tour guide. He gave us the most authentic experience. He was super fun, energetic, and very knowledgeable and everything flowed very smoothly moving to each activity. He also took a ton of pictures for us the entire time and was so enthusiastic about it. This was the best tour to get a little taste of everything. 10/10 recommend.

  Jairo Tours was the absolute best experience. I looked through the reviews and realized that others were just afraid as me to participate in all the adventures. Also a plus of picking us up from Dreams. Upon arrival Maria Nela met us at our resort, and her warm sweet personality let me know I was going to be in good hands. My husband and I chose the Mega Tour, through fear and all we completed 7 zip lines, 400 meters water slide, hiked to the water fall, horse back riding, ate an amazing buffet, participated in juicing sugar cane, visited the cultural center, took a dip in the hot springs and had a volcanic mud bath. The tour will always be memorable ! When fear started to sit in I talked to Maria Nela and she always convinced us to keep going, she even helped us brush up on our Español.

  Jairo and Alex are fantastic and friendly guides who made our trip one to remember. Graciously serving as our transportation from the airport to our first accommodation in the arenal volcano area they showed us the sights along the 2.5 hour drive to and from. After dropping us off at Secrets our second destination, Jairo and Alex picked us on our third day in Costa Rico to experience the mega combo excursion. An 1.5 hour drive - we experienced zip lining, horse back riding, a water slide, waterfall and mud bath with hot springs. A great option if your short on time and want to experience a little bit of everything. Jairo captured a lot of great photos and videos that created a ton of trip highlights and all of the fun and silly moments. We felt 100% safe and secure with Alex and Jairo and their customer services was above and beyond.
