Absolutely disgusted!!! I am appalled at this place and their lack of care shown towards my children. First the people doing the harnessing were rude and dismissive. The drive up was terrifying and honestly felt unsafe. We were told the ride would be bumpy but the speeds we were going round corners were unnecessarily fast. My children were pretty much just shoved on to the climb course with no training and then left alone. We’ve done numerous high ropes courses and no matter the experience level there has always been some basic training at the start. My son lasted only a few seconds and he walked himself back. No worker was there watching or supporting. There was no prompting or encouragement from workers. It wasn’t even that busy. My daughter had a similar experience on level two. They took her to level one and again she was left alone. She walked herself back into the gate. We encourage her to try again. She made it half way across the first one and broke down. You can see in the photo there is no worker. She was hysterically crying and no one came to help. We were left trying to calm her from the sidelines whilst encouraging her to walk backwards. As you can see in the photo there was still no worker nearby. My son, now on the ground was upset no one was helping his sister so called out, 'she is crying, why is no one helping?‘ he repeated this several times. At this point I started timing it and it took her another 1.54 minutes to get back by herself with no worker even acknowledging her existence. After she came down we sat on the side for around 5 minutes and still no one spoke to us. She informed us that whilst trying to get herself back to the platform there were a group of around 5 young adults that were getting ready to climb and they were laughing at her. The worker was with them chatting. No concern for a 10 year old. We’ve been travelling for over a month in two countries and this has been by far our worst experience. The zipline was great fun and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended this part. These workers also seemed to show some care. Once back on the ground we were ignored again whilst trying to purchase photos. Stick to just the zipline, especially if you have children.
