Start your journey from Ho Chi Minh City from 07:30 AM, heading southwest towards the lush landscapes of the Mekong Delta. After a comfortable drive, board a boat to cruise along the mighty Mekong River and explore its intricate network of canals.
Visit a local island village where you can taste fresh tropical fruits, watch traditional handicraft making, and enjoy a rowing boat trip through narrow waterways shaded by water coconut palms. Savor a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a riverside restaurant, then relax with live “Đờn Ca Tài Tử” folk music before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon (arrival around 17:30).

5.00Put a snake around our necks, learned about silk worms, fed a crocodile, had tropical fruit, listened to vietnamese folk singing, rode a boat on the Mekong etc

5.00We recently enjoyed a fantastic day trip to Thoi Son (Unicorn) Island, the Mekong Delta, and Vinh Trang Pagoda. The tour was led by Hung, who was incredibly knowledgeable about each location. Hung provided fascinating insights, answered all our questions, and made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. My family and I had a wonderful time exploring these spots, enjoyed a delicious lunch and treats on the island. Truly appreciate Hung’s efforts in making the day memorable. If you’re considering this tour, we highly recommend going with Hung—he did an awesome job!

From early morning, the tour departed on time, with a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide who shared many interesting stories about local culture, history, and daily life, making the journey more engaging. The highlight of the trip was the boat cruise along the Mekong River. Sitting on the boat, enjoying the peaceful river scenery, lush coconut palms, and the slow-paced lifestyle of local people was extremely relaxing. Activities such as visiting a coconut candy workshop, tasting seasonal tropical fruits, and listening to traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music (Đờn ca tài tử) offered an authentic cultural experience. Lunch featured typical Mekong Delta dishes, well prepared and flavorful. Another memorable activity was rowing a traditional sampan through small canals, which brought a close-to-nature and tranquil feeling.
