After savoring a cup of “black elixir”, we will visit a local traditional rice noodle factory to observe the step-by-step process of making Hu Tieu – rice noodles. 5.00Pi was very good with our tour today. She was very prompt this morning waiting for us in the hotel lobby on time. She guided us throughout the tour and explained things as we went along giving us plenty of information about everything. Pi’s also amazing with the kids and very patient. Thank you so much and very recommended for anyone wanting to do this tour!
