You will get to discover and visit one of our renowned waterfall at Grand River South East which is the longest river in Mauritius.

Your full day memorable Catamaran trip to Ile Aux Cerf ( Full day including Tube Riding, Lunch, GRSE waterfall ) begins with a hotel pick-up at your accommodation anywhere in Mauritius. You will meet and be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off to Trou D'eau Douce, a fishing village nestled on the East Coast of Mauritius. Arriving at Trou D'eau Douce 09.15 A.M, you will board to your Catamaran to enjoy this memorable catamaran cruise from Trou D'eau Douce to Ile Aux Cerfs. The catamaran cruise starts at 09:30 a.m., departing from Trou D’eau Douce on the East coast of Mauritius. The crew members will ensure that you have an enjoyable time, and they will be happy to tell you about local tales, jokes, and to play local Mauritian music which will lift the spirits of all on board.
Grande Riviere Sud Est
Your will start your trip with a visit to the waterfall at Grand River South East before setting sail for the island of Ile Aux Cerfs. Then, when reaching the Grand River, you will go by speed boats to visit the waterfalls which are found about 500m upstream. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to see the curious monkeys jumping through the big old trees on the river banks. Watch the Mauritian fruit bats resting perched on the highest trees as you approach the waterfall. Following the visit to the waterfalls you will head back to the catamaran.

5.00We booked this trip spontaneously and loved it. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our driver Manav was excellent and gave us some tips for excursions. The catamaran ride with BBQ was great. I would immediately do this tour of Freshverde holiday again. Thanks for the great experience!

2.00Picking up is poorly organized. We waited over 1.5 hours in the morning and after the catamaran ride they forgot to pick us up again. The catamaran ride and food on board was ok. Very friendly crew.

5.00stay at the peninsula bay club hotel located in the south-east of the island and 20 minutes from Mahébourg airport. we had privilege and deluxe rooms, both are spacious and comfortable bed with balcony. Varied and themed buffet every evening. small beach with coral reef, a real treat for those who like to explore the coral and fish seabed with just a mask. For the excursions we took 2 taxis right in front of the hotel, the guys are cousins who work together, super friendly and very good company with good advice TO BE RECOMMENDED. we did the sacred temple, the valley of 23 colors where you can spend the day with small and large zip line, buggy, hiking trail, waterfall ect... The Saint Aubin estate with tasting of various rums and sales made on site, trou aux biches with boat trip to go swimming with sea turtles, the capital Port-louis, the grapefruit gardens.

1.00This experience was awful. Paid a premium for an intimate experience of maximum 15 people as advertised. Arrived and there was 35-40 people on the boat and very crowded. The boat was so shabby, rusty, holes in the side of the boat and very very crowded. We enquired about the experience to the boat drivers and they explained that we had been lied to by the travel operator and maximum of 40 daily on the boat trip. They also advertised. 3 course meal…. This was not the case. Just a load of burnt bbq food. Paid a premium for a trip for my partners birthday and got a very below average trip. Not happy. Complained to the company and have not received a refund.

5.00Since the Metro goes from Rotterdam to Hoek van Holland, the beach is easily accessible without parking problems and is also affordable with a day ticket.
