Menjangan island or locally known as Deer island is located in the northwest corner of Bali as a part of the Taman National Bali Barat park. Many divers agree that the island has some of the healthiest, and most spectacular coral reefs and wall dives in Bali. The visibility of the water is generally excellent, and the weather conditions are mild, which makes the island suitable for all levels of divers and snorkelers.
Menjangan Island is a protected marine reserve famous for its spectacular underwater walls.
Menjangan's dive sites are especially impressive because of the numerous Gorgonian sea fans where you can find Pygmy seahorses.
Turtles are also regular visitors!

Menjangan Island, in the Bali Barat National Park, is a very popular diving and snorkeling destination. Dense coral growth and schools of fish in the shallows make it also extremely suitable for snorkeling. The Day trip to the island leave at 9 in the morning and we will bring you back between 2 and 3 in the afternoon. It takes around 40 minutes by boat to get to Menjangan. In between dives, we will provide you with lunch, fruit water and drinks. MENJANGAN MARINE PARK FEE TO BE PAID IN CASH ON THE SPOT. IDR 225,000 per diver, +100,000 during Sunday and Public Holiday. For this activity you have to demonstrate that you are a Certified Diver. Proof of certification is required. For non certified diver, we provide Discover Scuba Diving, please contact us for details.

5.00Great experience: my spouse did his diving christening and everything went very well. The staff explains well and reassured about the experience. For my part, I went snorkeling next door. Great, too. Everything was perfectly organized. I recommend.

5.00Fantastic and competent staff, We came out to a fantastic place with many different fish in all sorts of colors and shapes. Stammer of beautiful fish. In addition, we saw giant turtles, clownedic, lobsters and 2 sharks. Thank Karin for a very exciting trip and for making us even better at diving. Warm recommendation from here.

5.00Stunning service!!! Super friendly and competent! Absolutely flexible and customer-oriented. I was more than thrilled with the overall package. On top of that, there were insider tips for good restaurants and sightseeing from the boss Karin. And right next to the base is the in-house restaurant with absolutely delicious Baguttes and much more. There is a wide range of diving centres on site. If you want to make sure you leave satisfied, the Dive Academy is the first choice. Thanks to the whole team. We will definitely come back.

5.00Great team. We prepared for diving in a 2 m swimming pool and the next day we went on super adventure on the Meijang Island. The children and the grandma made snorkeling with Agus- super funny and pro. We dived with Putu and Edi- very responsible, showing us fishes, corals and turtles. Karen, the owner of the diving center, gave us a lot of details and made us feel safe with her patience and professionalism. Thank you for a perfect experience.

5.00My friend made her first dive here. She was super supervised and very well introduced to the world of diving. The tour by boat was just perfect, everything fit. Super nice team and owner. Thank you for the 2 wonderful days! When I get back to Bali, I will definitely dive with you again.

5.00Ian my hubby went 2 days with these guys and had Giday as his DM. I went one day and had Joe with me snorkelling. The waters off Menjengan are clean, clear and full of beautiful reef fish. So many varieties! We saw a turtle each!!! The guys were fun, professional and safety conscious. Lunch was tasty. The boat was a good size for diving and we had a small group which is a good thing for us. Other boats had bigger groups and that was good for those as well. Highly recommend these guys. They also picked us up and dropped us off. Highlight of our trip. Thank you BDA.

5.00Excellent dive on exotic location (Menjangan Island). Owner is very kind, caring, speaks English fluently (mother tongue) and Dutch also fluent. Competent and caring staff. Safety above everything. Good quality materials, Padi certified. Excellent dive, we saw sea turtles, small shark, puffer fish, trumpet fis, lobster and a lot more. Excellent dive!!

5.00Amazing dive shop! I had my scuba license and was able to upgrade to open water license, and my friend did a discovery dive at Biorock, then decided to get her open water license after. Once I had my OW I did my advanced OW with a deep dive, drift and night dive electives, then we did a fun dive day in Menjangan once we were both certified. Instructors are amazing - knowledgeable, patient, fun and really know their dive sites. Edi was my instructor and Putu my friend’s, but everyone who works at the dive shop is really great including the manager Karin, dive master Gede and the other instructors and assistants! Highly recommend giving this dive shop a try, whether you’re looking to get certified or just explore local dive sites (which are STUNNING!!) Thank you so much for a memorable experience - can’t wait to come back!! 💗🤙🏻 Please cuddle Pew for me, already miss the little kitty!!

5.004 great dives on walls of the island + 4 great snorkeling trips with guides. Big thanks to the whole staff who made it such a success. The scuba dives and the snorkeling around the island were very well worth the effort and prices paid. If you want it, a pickup/return by car is included. We saw many species, which we had not seen before.
