  We had such a great experience with Big Bus Miami! The service was excellent and the ride around Miami was very informative and relaxing. We learned so many interesting facts about the city while enjoying the beautiful views. The staff was friendly and organized, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s a perfect way to explore Miami, especially if it’s your first time visiting. Highly recommend! 🌴🚌

  Such a pleasant way to see Miami. You really need to be on the upper deck to appreciate the tour. Narration available if wanted.

  Absolutely horrible experience in Miami, Florida. Picked up from cruise port and then dropped at stop one. Half an hour wait till next one. Bus arrives and is full top and bottom. Had to wait another 30 minutes. We finally get on and get off in South Beach. No problem. We spent a couple of hours there, walked backed to the station to be picked up. Again bus is full top and bottom, have to wait 30 minutes, after sitting and waiting for bus to arrive. So next bus comes and all that was available was downstairs. Ok, we get on. No air conditioning or windows to open, it is approximately 80 degrees outside so very uncomfortable inside. Every stop we got to no one was getting off because everyone feared that they would just be sitting and waiting again. So no one was allowed in the bus at the next three stops. People were extremely upset, screaming at the driver and he would just say wait there next bus will be there in a little while and they were telling him we were the second bus to pass them up. Finally we got off the bus and walked back to stop 1. People were pushing and shoving trying to get on the bus while we were trying to get off the bus because all the previous buses passed them. Do not waste your money.

  big bus trip had very few stops. .boat trip in harbour was excellent

  No schedules posted at the stops. Staff tell you the bus comes every 30 mins, but we waited 50 mins once, and the next time we quit after 1 hour and 15 mins. Charging $50 per person for such a terrible service is a joke. Avoid

• Bad plan for airport transfer/luggage hold! Overcrowded bus.

  Bad experience! Don’t get off unless you have a backup plan. You may not be able to get back on if the bus fills up. Also if this is your plan to hold luggage and get a transport to the airport after a cruise, DON’T DO IT! We had to follow my luggage AirTag to find the location to meet for our transfer. The driver just told us to go “behind Victoria Secret.” We would never have found it without the AirTag. Our luggage was sitting outside unattended and we just walked up and took it. It was not kept secure.

  Overall it was ok. The hop on hop off bus was good to give an overview of Miami. We stayed on and it a whole circuit, which took about 2 hours. Basically goes to Little Havana, Wynwood walls, design district, bayside and south beach. We had no problem getting a bus after a visit to design district. ( there are really only designer shops here, plus one reasonably priced food/ bar place - next to the swings area) Bayside - this is where to get the short cruise around the bay and stars homes. The staff at bayside working for BIGBUS are rude and extremely unhelpful, a real let down to the company. We kept asking basic questions- time location and what to do with the tickets on our phone, totally indifferent response. The boat trip was relaxing, about 90 mins. Staff (unfriendly) try to push photos before you get one, then try to sell them to you. Staff on the boat friendly. Night bus tour- from bayside. Good 90 mins tour. Goes along Ocean Drive, lots of opportunities to take photos of Miami skyline. Very cold on top deck when driving along highway, bring a warm top! Guide was interesting and friendly. Overall do the price we paid it was worth doing the tours.

  We love the hop on hop off tours and this one was very good. The commentary was well thought out and in time with the stops (which isn’t always the case!). Available in many languages. The staff were polite and approachable. Not many stops but that’s just the location I suppose! The boat tour was fabulous - you had to prebook and check in separately for this but it was very easy to do. Again, staff were helpful and friendly. Some of the buses were slightly older and had issues with the headphone sockets. Buses were busy despite being “out of season” and we had to sit downstairs on a few occasions. The bus app was accurate and helped to plan

• Get boat tour only or choose hop on and off bus if you are experiencing Miami on foot

  Just get the boat tour. The bundle is not worth it, earbuds on the bus are glitching and it’s not really a tour, busses run all day and there’s an option to hop on and off but this particular bundle doesn’t allow that, so you are just riding a bus for 2 hours depending on traffic. Boat experience is pretty nice though on its own.
