It was a good tour for the price. I do have to say that the drinks were too pricey. Also there's not actually food to purchase on board, just snacks which are also way overpriced! The tour guide was great! He went back and forth from english to spainish flawlessly, pointing out beautiful homes of the rich & famous. Overall good tour for the price.

Rude crew that lied about when the cruise was to depart. Waited an extra hour for the food truck could come to provide overcharged snacks to the guests. 14$ for small cup of lousy popcorn etc…made us late for the other experiences we had planned. Refused a refund when we requested when it was clear it was going to make us late.Also very out of date on celebrity homes..no research..

This experience was horrible. We arrived at the dock to find out the 10:30a trip was cancelled with no email or phone call to advise. I call customer service, speak with Nia, am placed on hold and no-one ever comes back on the line. I attempt to call again and no answer. I call from my daughter’s phone, then suddenly i get an answer. You write on your confirmation email you sail in any weather and thats just not true. It cant be true if safety is a priority. I do not recommend booking through this site and i will never again and i’ll tell anyone i know not to as well. You are not trustworthy.
