  I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided today and to formally demand a full refund for my tickets. Our scheduled boat tour at 10:00 AM has been repeatedly delayed due to poor management and technical failures on your part: • First Delay: Upon arrival at 10:00 AM, we were told the tour was postponed to 11:30 AM. • Second Delay: At 11:30 AM, we were informed that the boat had run out of gas and we would have to wait until at least 1:00 PM for refueling. • Current Status: It is now past 12:00 PM, and there is still no sign of progress. We have already wasted over 2 hours waiting for a "simple boat tour." We explicitly informed your staff that these delays are causing us to miss other pre-booked activities, resulting in further financial loss. Despite this, we were told that a refund is not possible. As customers, we are not obligated to accept a 3-hour (and counting) delay caused by your failure to prepare the vessel. Running out of fuel is a maintenance oversight, not an "unavoidable circumstance." I request an immediate full refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter through official tourism authorities and leave detailed reviews of this experience on all major travel platforms to warn other tourists. I look forward to your immediate cooperation.

  

• Good value nice way to see Miami from the water

  The cruise was enjoyable. We went on the water taxi boat which was a little confusing but nice overall. A great way to kill a little time before your cruise or flight home and for around $15 a person it’s a nice way to see some of Miami

  Excellent experience for an excellent price. The tour guide was at times a little difficult to understand and vaped the entire trip. The smoke filtered to us sitting in the first 3 rows. Why is it necessary to translate everything into Spanish from English, when the patrons on the tour got there by knowing English? Because the tour guide was translating, we were passed some of the sights she was talking about. Also, I have never been on a tour where the tour guide told us how much to tip ($5 or more per person). Otherwise, it was a very nice experience.

• This is only a boat ride, not an actual cruise or tour.

  If you are wanting a tour of the Bay Area, this is not the tour for you. Our “guide “ spoke so fast that we couldn’t understand anything he was saying. A few homes pointed out and that was it. Also I booked our cruise for 3, only to get there and find there was no 3pm tour, so we had to wait another hour. And the operators do not move quickly at all. Overall this was an hour boat ride, nothing great about it.

  The captain was experienced and safe. The first mate was the guide with limitless information on ownership of the waterfront homes and mansions both beautiful and gaudy. No luxury seating; just roomy and clean wooden bench seating. You won’t regret going unless you want to pay more for luxury or high speed.

  FRAUD. Do not pay money to this provider. They scammed us and did not return our fee paid. No boat on date/time of reservation, no customer service and a complete rip off.

  It could be a little rocky on the water at times causing water to come into the boat so wear appropriate footwear. It was a nice experience. My family enjoyed the experience.

  NOT only did we not get the ship we signed up for, but the back and fourth berween spanish and english did not work. Loud music, begging for gratuities at the end stating the pirate will give you a curse if you don't tip, well, it just didn't work. Didn't learn anything, and didn't enjoy it. SORRY......
