Operated by: Heart of Alaska Tours Join us for a scenic drive through the beautiful Alaskan wilderness on a journey to the world-famous Chena Hot Springs, located just over 60 miles from Fairbanks. Along the way, keep your eyes open for local wildlife—moose, foxes, and even the occasional bear may be spotted! Upon arrival, we begin with a visit to the Aurora Ice Museum—a stunning year-round ice structure built entirely from over 1,000 tons of ice and snow. Inside, you’ll have the option to sip an Apple-tini served in a hand-carved ice glass at the ice bar (optional add-on). Next, if you chose to add dinner, take time to dine at the on-site Chena Hot Springs Restaurant, known for its cozy Alaskan charm and hearty meals. Then, end your evening with the ultimate highlight: a relaxing soak in the natural geothermal rock pool under Alaska’s famous midnight sun. The mineral-rich waters are renowned for their soothing and healing properties—a perfect way to unwind before the scenic drive back to Fairbanks. Includes: Transportation, Ice Museum admission, Hot Springs pool pass Optional Add-ons: Appletini, Dinner, Towel rental

5.00The ice museum was so interesting. The Appletini's were strong (which is a good thing). The hot springs were so relaxing. Kevin, our guide was outstanding. He even went into the hot springs with us and took pictures so we didn't have to carry our phones/cameras. He was funny and informative. He even stopped a couple of times on the way back to catch the Northern Lights. We did....even though it was mostly cloudy.

5.00What an amazing experience! The hot springs were absolutely beautiful and so relaxing — the perfect way to enjoy Alaska. The Ice Museum was such a unique stop, and trying an Appletini in a carved ice glass was a highlight! Our guide Kevin was fantastic — knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we never felt rushed. Everything from pick-up to drop-off was seamless, and the small group size made it feel really personal. This is a must-do tour if you’re visiting Fairbanks!

5.00Nate was our amazing tour guide. His knowledge about the hot springs and Alaska was outstanding. The Hot Springs & Ice museum is a must! We seen a moose on the way to and from the Hot Springs. We stopped and took pictures. What a great experience something we will never forget.

5.00If you're going to go to Chena Hot Springs you should definitely use this company. Nate was extremely informative, well prepared, and even thought ahead to circumvent the long wait with the restaurant. The place is rustic and very interesting. The ice museum was fantastic as well.

5.00Beautiful setting Ice Museum is really cold but they have parkas and coats you can borrow. The restaurant is very busy. The Hit Springs experience is excellent❤️

5.00I was nervous about this tour as hot springs are not really my thing, but it turned out to e so much fun! Guide was funny, personable, and very knowledgeable didnt rush us and gave us lots of time in the spring. The ice museum was really cool too (pun intended) I highly recommend
