5.00The Milan Cooking Class: Authentic Pizza & Gelato Making with Matteo was an absolute highlight. We made pizza and gelato — and even got to learn how to make our own waffle cones! Matteo was an excellent teacher, sharing new techniques for pizza-making that my wife and I had never seen before. Both the pizza and gelato turned out perfectly and were surprisingly simple to make. Highly recommend this class if you have the chance!
