5.00This was an excellent class for those at a beginner and moderate level of pizza making experience. For those who come in with a little background, Alfredo did a great job of going more into details describing yeast reactions, different ways to rise the dough, etc. It’s a great class to do with kids, but also really fun to have a class of all adults too! Alfredo keeps the class going with jokes and is excellent at keeping a good pace throughout the class too, with time to relax and enjoy and then time to get busy making the pizza and gelato.
