4.0Overall good; felt a bit rushed; would have been nicer to get a little closer to the cliff faces… wheelchair accessible although outside areas limited to rear of vessel, and unfortunately very hard to hear the commentary (low volume/speakers not very clear), which took away from some of the experience). Staff very helpful and considerate; All in all, an enjoyable experience.

5.0This boat was awesome! Nice and new, tons of seating spaces indoor and outdoor, and I loved that it wasn’t too crowded. The pies and hot chocolate from the cafe were pretty good too. We came to Milford sound 2 years ago and went on a different boat with a different company who had more reviews and ratings— and Pure Milford was a much nicer experience than our first! Would definitely recommend pure Milford to everybody! And when we come back we will be sure to book with them again.

5.0We closely watched the weather for a less chance of rain. We had the perfect day of sunshine & cool breezes. They say it rains 260 days out of the year!
