  It was such a lovely experience. When we checked in, we were told that bad weather was heading toward Milford sound and the boat tour gonna be canceled. We were given the option to cancel and get a full refund. I went ahead with the flight and I do notregret it. It was absolutely beautiful. Make sure you bring bug spray once you land at the Milford sound. Our pilot, Emma, was great. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

  Had a great day touring Milford Sound with Air Milford. We were collected by taxi from our hotel at 10:15 in the morning. Everything was done with care and efficiency. The views during our flight to and from Milford Sound were spectacular. Our pilot personally took us to the docks for our cruise. Once settled on board the small cruise ship, we were given a boxed picnic lunch of sandwiches and snacks. Commentary given throughout the tour. I hadn't been through a fjord before and it was very impressive. We were flown back to Queenstown via a different route, so more sites to see! Safely back at our hotel by 4:30. Really memorable!

  The staff and crew of Air Milford were friendly, helpful and skilled. We hit a beautiful day of weather for the flight and cruise and the folks of Air Milford made it an excellent experience!

  This day trip was the highlight of our trip to New Zealand. From the time we booked to the end of the day, everything was perfect. Highly recommend Milford Air and our pilot Emma really made the day great for us. This adventure is well worth it and if I could rate it 6/5 stars I would! TY everyone at Milford Air!

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Air Milford. We are incredibly grateful for their patience, understanding, and constant communication when our flights had to be rescheduled. The team stayed in touch and went out of their way to fit us into the tour, which we truly appreciated. The flight itself was very comfortable, with stunning views along the way, and the cruise to Milford Sound was simply beautiful. Everything was well organised, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the experience and would highly recommend Air Milford to anyone looking for a special and well-cared-for journey.

  This was such a great trip! I booked a couple of months in advance as I had limited time and asked them lots of questions as I am such a nervous flyer, their pre- service was excellent. Ok the day itself I was picked up and taken to the airfield, check in and the briefing was well explained and off we went. It’s 40 mins each way with the cruise at the Milford Sound around 1.5 hours. We were so lucky with the very changeable weather and had blue sky most of the trip so it was money very well spent and a gave me such a memorable experience of Milford Sound that has always been a bucket list item. Our pilot Emma was also fantastic and had lots of knowledge of the area which she shared during both trips, could not fault her at all. Professional from start to finish and well worth the money paid - thank you!
