3.00I did not know the charge was American dollars until after I paid for the trip. I was very annoyed with this deception and also I could not contact trip advisor by email or phone. The only reason I rated the experience as average is because the staff at heli line were good.

5.00Well run and very organized. The ground staff were very professional and friendly. Our pilot was excellent. He was very engaging with each passenger (there were four of us). Compared to another helicopter tour we took with the same company at a different location, this one was much better. Here our headset microphones worked where we could converse with the pilot and each other during the flight. After both landings, we were allowed to move to different seats so each person could enjoy the ride from a different viewpoint. They also allowed me to wear my hat. At the other location, no working microphones so no talking to the pilot or each other, no seat swapping and no hats. We drove ourselves to the airport and initially had difficulty finding a parking spot. One of the staff kindly directed us to a back parking lot and we had no issues afterwards. All in all, a very positive experience and would highly recommend this tour.

5.00My wife and I had a great trip from Queenstown with our pilot, Pete!! It was an amazing experience beyond what we expected. Pete was very friendly and knowledgeable. In his words, we did a “follow your nose” trip as the clouds and surrounding weather were not conducive to the original itinerary. Nonetheless, we got in three mountain top landings and had a great tour of the area between the Milford Sound and the Southern Alps! We would recommend this trip as a must do if you’re in Queenstown!! Shout out to Pete. He really made the trip extra special!!

5.00Tremendous experience. The views coupled with the knowledge of our pilot Bill made for an unforgettable flight. The two landing spots chosen were ideal seeing both the snow covered mountains and grasslands peppered with deal

5.00"Breathtaking" is an understatement. The scenery, the heli, the flight and the pilot were simply the best you can possibly imagine. Cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Just do it!

5.00Outstanding trip - amazing views on the journey out and flying along the Sound. Landing on the "Beach" was quite astonishing as indeed was the flight over the crest and round to the glacier for another spectacular stop. Richard the pilot was informative throughout. An exceptional experience
