1.00Do not waste your time and money on this trip. My girlfriend and I were in the correct meeting spot 400 n water street parking lot and we were under the colorful mirrors painted on the interstate cement support beams. We were there at 7:40 so early we even were walking around trying to find the tour Gide with the lantern but he was a no show. We text the correct number listed on the app and nothing and had to call Viator and they got ahold of them and the had left already. Now VIATOR and the US ghost adventures will not refund my money. I wasted so much time for this and it was a complete let down. My girlfriend is the one who books everything so this was a surprise and we will never again use Viator again.

1.00Didn’t get to go on the tour the tour guide left before 8 we got there at 7:45 couldn’t find them, messaged on the app asking where they were did not get a response. Called the number that was provided and got a ring around. Was out of town and left with not going on the tour at all. Very disappointing and very dissatisfied with customer service. Never in my life had such a bad experience!

5.00This guided walking tour was well worth the money. Our tour guide Elvira was funny and knowledgeable, a great storyteller. And she was very patient with my granddaughter's many questions! We learned about the history of the city, including the macabre parts. Lots of fun!

5.00The whole tour was fantastic so glad I choose to do this! My daughter and I came to visit for the first time all the way from California and wasn’t sure what to do out here, I came across this tour and I’m so happy I did I loved the scenery and the stories! Best $40 bucks I spent the whole trip!!!

1.00This was quite possibly the worst tour I have ever been on. The guide rambled incoherently with random screams to emphasize non-existent points. The only thing scary about this tour was how badly the guide butchered the English language. Between the grammatical errors, using words out of context, and repeating the same phrases over and over, I had hard time determining what she was trying to say. Most egregiously, she had no respect for personal space and would get right in your face when talking. At one point, she actually put her hands on me, rubbing my back for some reason. Um, no. At that point, i had had enough. We bailed early and went to Spy Bar for a drink. The manager there was AWESOME and gave us a tour of the memorabilia collection. He was a far better tour guide.
