  Miriam is not only knowledgeable about the area in the culture, but she’s also very knowledgeable about the flowers. Plants, birds and the culture in the area. She was friendly and fun to be with and very patient.

  Our tour with Carlos was beyond expectations. Carlos was incredibly knowledgeable about Quito, the history of Ecuador, and the plants and animals of the Mindo cloud forest. Everything about the tour was enjoyable - The hike through Mindo was beautiful, the butterflies were plentiful and well cared for, and feeding the hummingbirds was a truly special experience. Thank you to Carlos for making my last day in Ecuador special.

  Freddy was friendly, patient and Knowledgeable...we had a great trip to Mindo and recommend booking it...we asked him to recommend food places and even some Ecuadorian food or a household who would like to entertain us with their special food and we totally enjoyed it

  We loved this experience. Ecuador’s Best Tours was flexible and allowed us to change the time a bit to accommodate our needs. Our guide, Diana, was very knowledgeable and got to know us during the tour! The hummingbird farm was an incredible experience. That and the chocolate farm were our favorite parts. We did not get to do the hike because of our travel time constraints but looking at the landscape I bet it would have been beautiful. Would 100% recommend.

  A must do when you are in Quito, you could easily spend two or three days in Mindo. Our guide was amazing and hus knowledge of the flora and fauna made the day particularly special.

  This was the most wonderful experience in the cloud forest. We were able to tell Hugo our interests and he plannned the day to fit that. Extra birds, extra animals , skip the chocolate factory and the chair lift. Hugo was also incredibly knowledgeable about plants and animals to the extent of knowing their botanical names. It was also nice to have a car to ourselves, and to program the entire day based on our interests.

  Miriam picked us up right on time from our hotel and expertly navigated us to many points of interest plus some extras! She was very welcoming and incredibly informative.
