  We took the aurora tour in early March with Tomás and Lucas, and it was the perfect choice! We had booked 3 tours with Northern Soul, and the first one was canceled due to bad weather. We went the next day and were very lucky. As soon as we arrived at the chosen location, we saw small lights in the sky, but after checking whether we would go to another spot or not, since there was no cell phone signal due to the hurricane that had occurred nearby, they decided to stay in the same place, which was the right choice, because some time later the lights exploded in the sky, putting on a spectacular show! Tomás took all the photos we asked for, of the whole group, in addition to telling stories and providing various information we didn't have, as did Lucas, who helped us get to the best spot. They made a bonfire to warm us up because it was very windy, and there was delicious soup, coffee, tea, and biscuits! The tour was incredible, and the guides' persistence was fundamental to the success of the night! Thank you so much!! I highly recommend the tour with them!

  What an unforgettable Northern Lights chase! Our tour with Northern Soul Adventures from Tromsø was absolutely amazing. Filip, our guide and an talented photographer, and Mathias, our outstanding driver, made the whole experience special. They worked so well together and created a warm, friendly atmosphere the entire night. Filip helped me set up my camera to capture the Northern Lights properly. We ended the evening enjoying a delicious soup by a warm bonfire, surrounded by breathtaking views. It was peaceful, cozy, and truly magical. Filip took photos of us and the lights. He knew the perfect spot to see them. If you’re coming to Tromsø and want a genuine, memorable Northern Lights experience, I couldn’t recommend this tour enough.

  Awesome trip… I was hesitant because it was pouring down rain and cloudy, not sure I wanted to go. So happy we went anyways. Because this turned out to be a great time. The mini bus was very new and comfortable.We had to drive about two and a half hours, almost to Finland to see northern Lights tonight. We were very impressed with Tomas and his expertise in searching satellites for the colorful skies on a rainy, cloudy night. He found the northern lights and where to stop for the event. He helped with cameras and took pictures of each couple/group. When there was a little lull from the lights we had a nice fire, soup, cookies and cocoa.. The sky lit up several times with colors and designs. Everyone was super friendly so the trip was comfortable. A long night but definitely worth it. I did my research and there are many choices.   The experience is wonderful. Dress warm. Thomas and Anna ate outstanding. Very dedicated to finding the northern lights. So knowledgeable. This is a must see with Thomas and Anna

  Guides were absolutely fantastics but the weather was bad and we didnt find any northern Lights.. I dont know why it has not been postponed if we knew that would be that tough to find some..

  While the tour was cancelled, the team amazingly sorted me out another trip so that I had a chance to see the lights. Great service and very friendly team

  During our outing, unfortunately we were unable to see the Northern Lights due to cloud cover. Regarding the organization of the tour, I have nothing negative to say — the guide was skilled and even drove all the way to Finland in an attempt to find clear skies and see the aurora. My negative review concerns the tour operator’s insistence on confirming the tour for March 1st, even though the forecast was already predicting very bad weather, and their refusal to allow me to move the tour to Saturday, when the sky was clear. Some tour operators offer a partial refund or alternative tours as a goodwill gesture to acknowledge the disappointment, even though it is obviously beyond their control. In this case, despite my explicitly requesting it, they limited themselves to an apology, even though their price is among the highest on the market. My suggestion is that there is no point in paying more — they are all competent, so you should choose the operator that offers the best guarantees.

  We had an excellent trip on February 28 with Thomas as our guide. The weather forecast was not brilliant but we still managed to see a good level of northern lights as well as some dancing lights!
