We had a great elephant safari with Thilina. He was very friendly, reliable, and did everything to ensure that we could have an unforgettable tour. Thanks to his experience, we saw elephants up close and felt safe and well cared for at all times. Absolutely recommendable – thank you for this special experience!

We had an absolutely unforgettable safari experience in Sigiriya! If you love elephants, you are in the right place: We saw an extremely large number of elephants and got incredibly close to them at times. Our guide was simply excellent. He was incredibly warm and gave us all the freedom we needed. We never had to ask – he always stopped immediately on his own so we could take photos in peace. At no point did we feel rushed, which we greatly appreciated. In addition to the elephants, we also saw: Many peacocks and monkeys. Both small geckos and an impressive monitor lizard were discovered. The price was also very fair; we paid a total of 18,000 for the driver and a small entrance fee for the park :) Overall, I would recommend the tour to anyone; we also saw many families and couples.

Amazing young guide with a big heart for elephants!! Highly recommend. He does not rush at all and gives you as much time as you want. Prefers to look up quiet spots in the park where it is less crowded if you prefer this. He is just starting on his own, which also makes him one of the cheaper guides, but knows a lot about the elephants and the parks! Great english as well

We had the best experience on this safari! We were lucky enough to see around a dozen elephants, including a very small baby 🥹 it was absolutely unforgettable. There were very few other jeeps around, which made it feel even more special, as if we were truly in their natural habitat without disturbing them. Our driver was excellent and shared so many interesting insights along the way, which made the experience even more meaningful. We truly can’t recommend this enough. Thank you for everything!

Thilina was simply superb. He drove us around all the temples as part of a tour, took us to an amazing restaurant with a gorgeous view, assisted with all requests and was a great guide at the safari! 10/10 would recommend!

Thilina was a FANTASTIC guide during my time in Minneriya Park. I was fortunate enough to go in August on a hot day and I saw roughly 200 elephants!!! It was a THRILLING experience and he pointed out interesting details about the elephants and other wildlife we saw throughout the experience. It’s obvious that he loves the animals as much as the tourists who visit which I found very endearing. I also felt very safe with him behind the wheel (as opposed to my safari driver in Yala). Highly recommend!
