Bat Trang Ceramics Village
Pick up in Funny Travel office or in your hotel then start the trip to visit Bat Trang Ceramic Village by scooter. Enjoy the lovely time by passing Long Bien Bridge which was called Paul Doumer Bridge (built during French war ) ,stop on bridge to relax and taking photo of red river before arriving the countryside of Hanoi. We later enter by riding to local villages which is so peaceful and show you the symbol of Vietnamese life , culture and a bit of Vietnam history Next to visit the Hanoi biggest pagoda to learn about a part of Vietnam Buddhism . Continuing the trip by passing the pop corn, vegetable , fruits garden, guava farm on the road to the village (this is the highlight of trip ) Arrive in Bat Trang village, having lunch in local restaurant . Visit the village by walking , explore the ceramic village , Bat Trang temple , Bat Trang Communal house , and enjoy the time of ceramic class to try to make them by yourself . Because of her, I was able to eat the best local food, learn so much about Vietnam’s history through her and her tour guides, explore all different parts of Vietnam with the friendliest and most organised drivers and tour guides. 5.00Everything Vicky from Funny Travel organised for our group was next level, including our accommodation in the heart of Hanoi, and all our tours. We did the Scootin’ around Hanoi tour on Jeeps and a day trip to Ninh Binh to visit the Mua Caves and climb the 500 stairs up the Dragon Mountain and take a majestic boating river tour in a sampon boat. Vicky from Funny Travel makes everyone feel special and takes care of all your needs and requests. I will be recommending her business to everyone who plans a visit to Vietnam in the future. She’s simply the best!

5.00Wonderful tour and guide. My guide Ha was fantastic and so much so I booked a bespoke tour an after this tour which was just as good. If you want to see the real Hanoi go to Funny Travel. Vicky and team at Funny travel are a delight to deal with. I could not recommend this tour or Funny travel more.

5.00Vicky (tour operator) has some really incredible guides. Ha, our tour guide and his partner took my wife and I around various important and interesting locations in Hanoi. They showcased things like Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, war museum, hao lo prison, not to mention the coffee stops and the delicious Bun Cha. The tour was so fun to get to the different sites on scooters. Our drivers were top notch. We had great conversations and learned so much and saw A LOT! Incredible tour. Do not pass on this!

5.00Funny travels lived up to its name. Jack and ben were excellent hosts and really showed us some of Hanoi’s culture. They were so friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend booking a tour with them. They showed us around and went into great detail about the history of Hanoi.
