5.00Our guide and driver Junior was excellent! Very knowledgeable and professional, kind, attentive to all our needs, so the ride was nice and comfortable. He showed us different parts of Roatan island, told about its history. So, seeing Mayak Chocolate, Roatan Rum Company, monkeys and sloths was a lot of fun. And besides, we were shown some interesting points, and finally relaxed on a beautiful beach. All was done in a timely manner, so we never worried about getting in time to our cruise ship. We really appreciate his service. Very nice tour! Certainly would recommend it.

5.00Our driver, Marvin was absolutely the best!! He stayed in touch, letting us know where to meet him, adapted the timeframe to our schedule, kept us safe and got us back to the ship on time! Even before we arrived on the island, he kept us informed, asked what we wanted to see, and made us feel like his #1 priority. Made wonderful memories and had SO much fun with the sloths, macaws and monkeys!

5.00We (12) of us booked a private excursion to do monkeys/sloths, city tour, zip lining, rum and chocolate tasting then ended at the Roatan Brewery. It was 💯 worth the little extra for a private transport and guide. Our guide, Jasmine was a wonderful young lady and our driver Luis was excellent. They provide a cooler full of beverages which is very appreciated. We started the day off ( in the rain) at the zip lining. I was thankful to get there early and our party be the first group of people to go because it started getting packed. The 8 that zip lined had a blast and the rain made it more fun. We then visited the monkeys and sloths. The kids and adults alike really enjoyed it. We then went to take a picture of the overlook and with the Roatan sign. It was nice to visit the landmark. We visited the rum and chocolate factory. They were nice but honestly we were so hungry by then we could have skipped that part. We ended at the brewery which was the high on the list of priorities for some of our brewery loving family. It was such a nice place. The food was excellent and the beers were top notch. It gave the kids space to run around a bit and the adults time to recharge. We have no regrets and by far this was our favorite excursion. Thanks again to Jasmine and Luis 💕 I’d like to note they were working on Christmas Eve and they are very appreciated!

5.00Instead of booking an excursion with Norwegian we decided to book our own custom tour with Custom Roatan Adventures and they did not disappoint us. We zip lined, saw monkeys, macaws and sloths. Edwin was a great tour guide! He explained so much about Roatan and treated us so well. I highly recommend booking with them. Best private tour!

5.00We chose to do the sloth tour which included a tour of the rum factory and the chocolate factory plus zipline and a beach stop. From the get go I loved how communicative the team was as I reached out to three companies and this company was the only one to send all packages and pricing and let me ask a million questions. I even asked could my tiny 4 year old zipline and they said yes. Upon arrival in Honduras it can be overwhelming looking for your tour guide but they made it easy sending pictures of how to get to them. Right away Jr knew my name and greated us welcoming. I loved how he shared about his life with us and how people in Honduras live. We discussed family, jobs and the difference in our countries. He did great getting us to the zipline even when the people weren’t wanting to let my 4 year old go he made sure he could safely do it. The only thing I was sad about was not being able to hold a sloth but because of their nature I respect why they won’t allow us to hold them and just visit them. I def recommend bug spray! He took us to a great beach and along the way bought us some fruit that was soooo yummy! He was the sweetest. Even when we rode the banana boat I felt completely safe leaving him with my wallet and having him watch our items while enjoying the beach. Not once did I ever feel like he would take anything.. he also made sure to get us back in time to shop in our port and get on the ship. He never rushed us and I will def book with him and this company when we return! 10 out of TEN!!! Book with this company. We had two moms and 4 kids ages 4,7,8,&10 and he had patience for all of our questions and for our little people to take their time.
